Especially consistent in this young men who have a slightly higher level of competence, but experience (more often than girls) lack of practical experience. The occupational-gender division of labour is traditional. The most common way of employment are social ties. In recent decades, trust has become one of the most pressing problems of modern post-industrial society. Sociological theories of A. Giddens and T. Parsons became the main source of ideas for sociologists who study the problem of trust in society. In the works of J. Coleman and by P.Sztompka trust is analyzed through the prism of social capital. Various approaches of foreign researchers to understanding the meaning of free time are also presented. The transformation of all aspects of society and the commercialization of leisure have led to a change in the socio-cultural situation in the field of free time. The article analyzes the influence of leisure activities on different aspects of the student's personality, changing the preferences of young people in the field of leisure. It has been revealed that social networks play an important role in the structure of youth leisure.
