An analysis of the theoretical research basis allowed to the authors to introduce the concept of “research competence of the teacher” as a characteristic of the personality, that means the possession ofskills and methods of the research in searching knowledge for solving educationalproblems, constructing the whole pedagogical process within the requirements of the modern education. The authors say, there is a strong need for preparing specialists in higher education, who possesses research competencies, as the realities of the society demands creative and thinkingunconventionally specialists, able to find creative decisions of pedagogicalproblems. The article presents the characteristics of scientific, instrumentaland professional research competencies of the future teachers in primaryschool, also it defines the way of their formation, both during the processof giving classes and during the process of all types of pedagogical practiceat school. The main part in formation of research competencies of the futureteachers in primary school, the authors give attention to pedagogical practice, as in the process of organizing the lesson, students make their own investigations in education and educational process of the learners, make diagnosis of intellectual development of pupils, carry out experimentalworks on formation of moral qualities of the child’s personality. Purposeful formation of research competence in the conditions of digitalization, development of theoretical approaches to the use of ICT tools in order to: develop the trainee's personality by involving the trainee in experimental research, forming cognitive interest is one of the most important goals of higher pedagogical education. The purpose of the study is to develop a model for the formation of research competence of students-mathematicians of a pedagogical university, including the forms, means and methods of its formation; The research uses research methods as a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature on the research problem; observation, generalization; As a result, we determined the essence of research competence and developed a model for the formation of research competence (IC) of mathematics students of a pedagogical university, including the forms, means and methods of its formation; To effectively implement the model for the formation of the research competence of the future mathematics teacher, pedagogical conditions have been created that are of great importance for the formation of the research competence of the mathematics teacher. Targeted formation of research skills of students in accordance with the modern model of education of Kazakhstan in the conditions of modernization of secondary education requires: improving the research training of students, ready for effective work in schools. The purpose of the study is to prepare future teachers of mathematics to the formation of research skills of students through solving math problems. The study used research methods as analysis of scientific-methodical and special literature on the research problem; study and analysis of curricula and standards of professional-pedagogical skills, curricula, textbooks and learning materials; pedagogical observation; interview; survey; testing. As a result, students showed willingness to formation of research skills of students through solving math problems. The paper shows methods of solving mathematical problems. They study the principle of water-saving agrotechnology in the crop producing, the biological features of winter common wheat grown by the system of drip irrigation for industrial purposes. Combining scientific theory and practice and creating conditions for use the equipment and reactants in laboratory classes as well as methods of their use at implementation microsatellite analysis advantages to develop research competence of biology experts. Mastering methods of conducting experimental work by means of modern equipment at the molecular level, application, analysis, synthesizing, offering new products by performing researches for the purpose of national economy modernization, also factors of increasing functional literacy undoubtedly are thought to be necessary prerequisites for biology students development. Therefore, in order to implement the above mentioned factors is very important to master microsatellite analysis.
