    PARADIGMATIC NATURE OF COMPETENCE
    The paradigmatic nature of competence is summarized by defining a disciplinary matrix based on an analysis of the history of the concept of competence at the international level Historical aspects of the development of science are analyzed T. Kuhn and describes the reasons for paradigmatic differences based on the thinking of Generation Z, which grows in the context of collaboration in social networks. Problems are identified in the implementation of competencies as a unit of content using traditional scientific procedures, and it is concluded that this competence is not an achievement of individual disciplines, but is the ability to adequately cope with the problem of the environment and life. It is also recommended to pay attention to the “paradigmatic competition” between communities in the development of educational content that increases the competence of Gen Z.

    Neurolinguistic Features of Digital Autism
    (Ahmet Yesevi University, 2024-03-30) ;
    K.N. Shokhayeva
    The way of thinking and consciousness of a person is not only a problem of an individual, but also a general socio-social problem. In the modern era of “digitalization”, the phenomenon of “digital autism” is rapidly gaining momentum among the younger generation, especially among children and adolescents. Screeners, buzzers or Generation “Z” are modern children who cannot imagine their lives without electronic devices. This makes it difficult not only for the child to develop language abilities and speech activity, but also to adapt to the social environment, get an education, and the path to professional success. The article examines the impact of digital autism, which is the impact of autism on people's daily and personal lives. Currently, social networking or excessive spending time in a virtual environment can give people an advantage over direct communication and give them emotional freedom and confidence that are not always present in ordinary communication. However, excessive isolation from society, the distinction between virtual and real life situations, their correct assessment and the development of specific solutions create certain difficulties. The complexity of the issue of digital autism lies in the fact that digital autism occurs not only in children, but also in adults. Unfortunately, there are few neurolinguistic studies on the prevention of digital autism, treatment of autism, rehabilitation, and restoration of brain function. Digital autism is one of the most difficult problems that requires studying at the junction of several sciences, such as neurolinguistics, sociology, medicine, defectology, from the point of view of the anthropolinguistic paradigm.

    Z ұрпақ студенттерінің лидерлік туралы когнитивтік моделі: колледж жағдайындағы сандық зерттеу
    (European Organization for Nuclear Research, 2026-04-06) ;
    Мақалада Z ұрпаққа жататын 2007–2008 ж.т. колледж студенттерінің лидерлік туралы когнитивтік түсініктері зерттеледі. Зерттеудің мақсаты - студенттердің лидерлік феноменіне қатысты когнитивтік моделін анықтау және оны заманауи көшбасшылық теорияларымен салыстыру. Зерттеу cандық бағыттағы эмпирикалық дизайн негізінде жүргізілді. Эмпирикалық бөлімде сандық бағытта құрылымдалған педагогикалық бақылау әдісі (Cohen et al., 2018; Creswell & Creswell, 2018) қолданылып, 48 студенттің лидерлік мінез-құлық индикаторлары (бастамашылдық, коммуникативтік белсенділік, топтық үйлестіру, шешім қабылдау жауапкершілігі, эмпатиялық қолдау) 4 балдық шкала бойынша бағаланды. Зерттеу нәтижелері студенттердің лидерлік түсінігінде эмпатия (83%), коммуникативтік белсенділік (76%) және топтық үйлестіру (71%) көрсеткіштері басым екенін көрсетті. Студенттер лидерлікті үйлестіру және қолдау арқылы жүзеге асыруға бейім екенін көрсетеді. Қорытындысында, Z ұрпақ студенттерінің лидерлік когнитивтік моделі трансформациялық көшбасшылық және әлеуметтік-жауапты лидерлік теорияларына сәйкес келетіні анықталды. Зерттеу нәтижелері білім беру процесінде лидерлік әлеуетті дамытуда командалық жұмыс, эмоционалдық интеллект және әлеуметтік белсенділікке бағытталған тәсілдердің маңыздылығын көрсетті.
