This article deals with the problem of the development of coherent speech of children with general speech underdevelopment, which is currently one of the most important tasks of the special education. The authors describe the features of speech of children with speech disorders, the specificity of working with the coherent speech of children with a general speech underdevelopment. Particular emphasis in the article is made on the use of in speech therapy practice, as one of the methods for optimizing correctional work with children with general speech underdevelopment. The article defines mnemonics from the perspective of different authors and features of this technique in the correctional work. The stages of work with mnemotables are described in details. By an example of working with a poem, described the main stages and methods of work using mnemonic tables with children with a general underdevelopment of speech of preschool and school age.

Early intervention in the development of children with special educational needs is a priority worldwide. The interdependence of negative factors associated with impaired psychophysical development indicates the need to include the child and parents in the program of early correctional care. This provision is relevant in work with young children after cochlear implantation. Currently, cochlear implantation is the most effective method of hearing and speech rehabilitation of deaf children. The success of the pedagogical habilitation of such children is largely determined by the observance of two basic conditions: the constant presence of children and adults among normal hearing and speaking and the provision of systematic remedial education. The article presents the stages and methods of hearing speech on the experience of foreign and domestic remedial work, as well as the possibility of their implementation in relation to children with a cochlear implant of an early age.

The article deals with the development of inclusive education in USA, Great Britain, Russia and Kazakhstan, its problems and trends. The main part of the article raises questions of a the educational assessment of students with special educational needs in the conditions of the implementation of inclusive education. The authors reveal the basic principles that teachers must adhere to when assessment students' learning achievements in an inclusive education environment. The article assumes that correct assessment in the presence of a rigid state educational standard is impossible. The main conclusions of the article provide for the need to expand and supplement educational and methodological recommendations on the system of assessing the educational achievements of students with special educational needs.

In the article, the leading approaches of the organization of the pedagogical process are shown, pedagogical conditions for the successful formation of the foundations of professionalism in defectology students in the university. The existence of graduates of defectologists with the foundations of professionalism will allow them in practice to create optimal comfortable conditions for children with special educational needs for development and education, to choose the development trajectory appropriate for the real capabilities of children, ensure the success of mastering program requirements, and the lack or smoothness of adaptation problems. Organizational-didactic conditions for the successful formation of the foundations of professionalism in the future specialist in the field of special pedagogy should become the creation of an organized vocational and educational innovative development environment and the provision. High-quality professional practical activities of students will allow to create professional competences of future expert. The article highlights the issues of professional training of special teachers., The experience of the offices of psychological and pedagogical correction which was opened in 2018 on the base of Kazakh State Women's Teacher Training University in the implementation of the practice-oriented approach in teaching is presented. The results of the practice-oriented approach, conducting seminar (practical) classes at the base, teaching practices, reflected in the graduate and master studies of students. The result is professional training for students with 3 courses on working with children with special educational needs.

The article considers the importance and necessity of interdisciplinary work in the education of children with special educational needs in the conditions of inclusion. Interdisciplinary connections reflect an integrated approach to education and training. The article analyzes different approaches to understanding interdisciplinary connections in the educational process. Interdisciplinary connections make it possible to identify the main elements of the content of education, as well as provide a link between academic disciplines. The authors show the need for a close relationship between the general scientific and professional competencies that a future speech therapist should have.

Personal-accent system of family preparation for psychological and pedagogical support of a young child with special needs

The article reveals the importance of the role of the organization of early support for children with developmental disabilities and their parents. For parents, cooperation with specialists expands their understanding of their own competence, gives confidence in their abilities, promotes understanding of their abilities and compensatory abilities of the child, active participation in the process of his education and upbringing, and helps the parent and child to adequately interact with each other. Cooperation with specialists is necessary for the personal growth of parents, who become equal partners in supporting children. The processof preparing parents for psychological and pedagogical correctional support for a young child with special needs based on a personality-accent system will ensure the effectiveness of this process

On the question of professional training of special teachers in the new realities

The article reveals new approaches to the professional training of special teachers in the system of higher education, and describes the main directions for the modernization of Kazakhstani higher education in the context of major international trends, including «Creating a system to support the quality of education (performance support)»; “Participation of employers in the development of university educational programs and monitoring their development” (which was reflected in the SPESD 2020-2025), etc.The problem of professional training of special teachers in today’s realities is analyzed by the author of the article from the standpoint of the mission of a modern university: to contribute to the formation of human capital based on the best world practices; to be an innovative scientific and educational center for the training of intellectual leaders who broadcast innovative ideas.The article consistently covers the main directions of updating the goals, content, methods, forms, and means of university training of special teachers.As an innovative, meeting the requirements of today, approach to the training of a special teacher of a new formation. The article reveals a competency-based approach, on the basis of which it is possible to train specialists who are able to work in various educational conditions with various categories of children, which will be a response to the social order of society.The text of the article reflects the results of a long-term and targeted study of the professional training of special teachers in Kazakh pedagogical universities in the context of modernizing university education and bringing it into full compliance with international standards.

Preparation of future teachers for work in the conditions of inclusion

The article reveals the need to prepare future teachers to carry out professional activities in the context of inclusion. The experience of the Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University is described. According to the authors, conditions should be created in a higher educational institution that allow developing tolerance and empathy for people with special educational needs. Future teachers should have competencies that allow them to carry out professional activities with students with special needs. The authors providedinformation about the activities of the office of psychological and pedagogical correction No. 9 and the resource center for the development of inclusive and special education, opened on the basis of the university. The importance of working with students with special educational needs is determined. Knowledge of the peculiarities of organizing work with people with special educational needs determines the professional aspects of preparing future teachers for professional activities in the context of inclusion.

The concept of ubiquitous learning has emerged as a pedagogical approach in response to the advancements made in mobile, wireless communication, and sensing technologies. The domain of ubiquitous learning is distinguished by swift progression, thereby presenting a difficulty in maintaining current knowledge of its developments. The implementation of bibliometric analysis would enable the tracking of its development and current status. The objective of the present investigation is to perform a thorough bibliometric examination of the domain of ubiquitous learning. This research aims to discern significant attributes, patterns, and influencers within the discipline by analyzing scholarly works. The primary objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive depiction of the salient characteristics and patterns exhibited by the datasets employed in ubiquitous learning research, namely Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and merged datasets. Additionally, the study seeks to trace the historical development of publications in this domain and to ascertain the most noteworthy publications and authors that have exerted a significant impact on this field. This study provides an extensive bibliometric analysis of ubiquitous learning, examining output from Scopus, WoS, and a merged dataset. It highlights the field’s growth and the rising use of diverse data sources, with Scopus and the merged dataset revealing broader insights. The analysis reveals an interest peak in 2016 and a subsequent decline likely due to incomplete recent data. Documents, predominantly articles, differ across databases, underscoring the unique contributions of each. The study identifies “Lecture Notes in Computer Science” and “Ubiquitous Learning” as major research sources. It recognizes Hwang, G.-J. as a highly influential author, with Asian institutions leading in research output. However, Western institutions also show strong representation in WoS and merged databases. Despite variations in total citation counts, countries like China, Switzerland, and Ireland contribute significantly to the field. Terms like “mobile learning” and “life log” have vital roles in bridging research clusters, while thematic maps reveal evolving trends like mobile learning and learning analytics. The collaborative structure and key figures in ubiquitous learning are illuminated through network analysis, emphasizing the importance of cross-database analysis for a comprehensive view of the field.
