Тип записи:Публикация, Problems and Opportunities of Distance Learning in The Context of The Pandemic: Case of One University in Kazakhstan(2022-10-21); ; Zada KhibinaDistance education systems are being actively studied and developed in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan, and have already passed the path from the distance learning system to Intelligent flexible learning model based on Web technologies. The advantages of online learning are classroom and platform independence. The goal of various intelligent learning systems is to use knowledge about the field of study, the learner, and learning strategies to provide flexible, individualized study and training. Many Kazakhstani universities were engaged in distance learning as part of the implementation of the second higher education. Obtaining a second higher education in Kazakhstan refers to studying in higher education programs after completing studies at the first higher education in the form of a bachelor's or specialist's degree. By obtaining a second higher education, you can get a degree or qualification in another educational program. The purpose of this empirical research is to study the attitudes of students regarding distance learning and to identify problems in the fulfillment of distance learning in an emergency transition. The study uses a quantitative research method based on a one-dimensional data analysis using descriptive statistics. In order to assess the level of distance learning organization process, the institutional study was initiated at the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University and conducted by the Research Institute for Social and Gender Studies. Based on this study recommendations were developed to improve the educational, methodological, social and educational work of the university, including the use of library resources in the conditions of distance learning. The study was conducted during June - July 2020. The study involved 677 students from all faculties of the university, including bachelor and master degree students, doctoral students. The study was prompted by: the need to assess the quality and level of organization of distance learning at the university; the need to identify problems (issues) of educational and social adaptation of the first-year students; the need to establish the degree of satisfaction of students with the distance learning process. The survey also allows to determine: the most effective forms of distance learning; study the performance indicators of the services provided by the university; to study the indicators of adaptation of students, master degree and doctoral students (satisfaction with the results; deficit experienced by students); evaluate the effectiveness of the work of deans, teachers and advisors from among teachers from the point of view of students. This research identifies the problems in the transition from traditional to distance learning and difficulties that arise when students receive high-quality professional education. Recommendations are developed to optimize the work of university structures aimed at improving the efficiency of the institutes’ work and psychological services. ZHUMARTOVThe article considers changes in the education system during the COVID-19 coronavirus infection pandemic. The term “digital competence of a teacher” is disclosed and a comparative analysis of the attitude to distance learning of teachers and students using a sociological survey is made. The teachers identified the lack of direct contact with the student as the main disadvantage of distance learning, and students feel discomfort due to the inability to receive knowledge directly from the teacher. A number of problems of distance learning have been identified and a course program has been created to improve the digital competence of a teacher. The course content covers the basics of pedagogical design, rubrics of educational results, platforms for collaboration, tools for creating a video lecture, platforms for monitoring and collecting information, digital footprint and analysis, online resources of virtual laboratory work. As a result of learning, 680 university teachers and teachers of secondary schools in Kazakhstan designed their own course. At the end of the first semester, the approbation of these courses was considered. The authors performed a two-step data analysis procedure using deductive and inductive analysis methods. Creation of a high-quality electronic textbook is a complex, laborious process that requires the participation of a number of specialists: editors, designers, programmers. And today, with the transition to mass distance learning, it has become possible to satisfy the need for the rapid development and use of electronic textbooks using iSpring products. With iSpring, a teacher independently can not only record a video for each lecture, but also prepare various interactive tasks and tests, and receive ready-made results of completed tests and assignments. ISpring Learn for Distance Learning allows you to actively lead the learning process and track learning outcomes. All educational institutions that offer distance learning opportunities differ from each other in the educational process. It also differentiates between the content and level of education, the number and composition of students, technical and financial capabilities. The implementation of such a multifaceted and complex task involves increasing the level of knowledge of students and expanding the level of knowledge. During the pandemic, there is a need for educational technology, the need to use effective leadership opportunities for distance learning, the focus on cultural values. Designing these types of activities involves the use of pedagogical design as a process of analyzing learning needs and goals. The aim of the study is to identify the role of pedagogical design using the ADDIE model in the design of components of online lessons in Russian language and literature in a comprehensive school. The article summarizes the points of view of researchers regarding the term "pedagogical design", reviews the scientific literature, describes models for designing video and online lessons. On the example of using the model of pedagogical design ADDIE, forms of designing educational material in the Russian language are proposed, built in the form of simulators - interactive tasks with automatic verification of the answer. The value of the study is that the results obtained can be used in the design of video components and online lessons in the Russian language and literature in a comprehensive school. The authors of the article pay special attention to pedagogical design as a process in the development of technical specifications when designing the content of online lessons, digital content, simulators and educational multimedia tools. Тип записи:Публикация, Formation of singing skills of future music teachers through digital resources(Science Park Research Organization and Counselling LTD, 2022-01-31); Жуматай ТаубалдиеваThe purpose of this study is to investigate the determination of the formation of singing skills of future music teachers through digital resources. The quantitative research method was used in the study, and the research was conducted in the fall semester of 2021–2022. 376 volunteer music teachers who continue their studies in Kazakhstan participated in the study. In the study, 4 weeks of online training was provided to music teachers. In the study, the ‘digital music platform’ measurement tool developed by the researchers and compiled by experts in the field was used. The measurement tool was delivered and collected by the online method of music teachers. The analysis of the data was carried out using the SPSS programme; frequency analysis was carried out using the t-test; and the results obtained were added to the study accompanied by tables. According to the survey results, in live lessons, music teachers use the songs with the formation and this takes place where digital content is also very low. In the event of very frequent use, it was seen that by projecting courses in distance education systems the music rates are quite high. Тип записи:Публикация, Education for the disabled in accordance with the quality of inclusive education in the distance education process(Science Park Research Organization and Counselling LTD, 2022-01-31); Mariya ShmidtThe aim of this research is to evaluate the disabled education in accordance with the quality of inclusive education in the distance education process in line with the opinions of special education teachers. The research was conducted with 10 special education teachers who were teaching special education and general education in schools with special needs students in Kazakhstan and who agreed to participate in the research voluntarily. The research was designed in accordance with the case study, one of the qualitative research designs. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the teachers used online lessons, video sharing, homework control, online activities and mobile applications in the teaching of the lessons in the distance education process; they preferred formal education to distance education; and they found distance education insufficient to meet the individual needs of students in learning. In addition, teachers stated that they found family participation in distance education and teacher–student peer interaction insufficient. The results obtained from the research revealed the necessity of eliminating the obstacles in the education of the disabled in accordance with the quality of inclusive education.
