This article examines the use of mobile applications in geography education and their impact on students' knowledge levels, motivation, and engagement. The study demonstrates that tools such as Google Earth, StudyGe, Quizizz, Kahoot, and Quizlet contribute not only to better learning outcomes but also to the development of practical skills, including spatial thinking and data analysis. Тип записи:Публикация, ELECTIVE COURSE AS A MEANS OF ASSESSING THE MOTIVATIONOF THE 9TH GRADE STUDENTS TO STUDY THE ENVIRONMENT(Kazakh National Pedagogical University, 2024-09-01); ; ; In modern pedagogy, special attention is paid to environmental education and the education of students. But the key problem of working in this direction is the need for a qualitative impact on the interests and motivation of students, which requires other means and methods of teaching. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of using an elective course to increase the interest and motivation of 9thgrade students to explore the environment. To achieve it, a number of methods of scientific cognition were used: they were the analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the research topic. Within the framework of the article, it was determined that the issues of interest and motivation are one of the key ones in modern pedagogical practice, and many teachers pay attention to them. This is due to the fact that it depends on the level of interest, on the level of motivation, how effectively students will learn the material and, more importantly, how effectively students' independent activities in mastering certain subjects at school will proceed. In order to determine the effectiveness of elective courses, an experiment was conducted in which the level of interest and motivation was measured before and after the elective course. The results showed a positive effect of the elective course on the level of interest and motivation of 9thgrade students to explore the environment both as part of the development of the school curriculum and as part of independent work. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

Зерттеудің мақсаты – әдебиет сабақтарында проблемалық оқытуды қолдану мүмкіндіктерін анықтау. Тип записи:Публикация, PRACTICE-ORIENTED METHODS AND AGILE METHODOLOGIES IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY(2025-01-01); As part of this research, a quantitative online survey was conducted among 102 teachers of higher educational institutions in Kazakhstan working at departments where future IT specialists are trained. The online survey was attended by respondents from 11 regions of Kazakhstan, including major cities such as Almaty, Astana and West Kazakhstan region, while the rest of the regions made up a minority of the total number of respondents. The main research purpose was to identify the degree of application of practice-oriented methods by teachers, as well as to find out their opinion on the impact of these methods on various aspects of the educational process and employment of graduates. Additionally, the research sought to identify the level of knowledge and application of Agile methodologies by teachers in their professional activities. Such methodologies are widely used in the IT industry and can contribute to more effective teaching in higher education. The results provided valuable information that can serve as a basis for further research, for example, a fairly high use of practice-oriented methods was revealed, but a low level of use of Agile methodologies in professional activities. However, the revealed correlation between knowledge and application of Agile methodologies provides a basis for popularization and increasing the use of these methodologies in teaching. The opinion of teachers on the impact of these methods on training for professional activity, improving practical skills and motivation, critical thinking, etc. was also identified. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, The Relationship Between Success-Oriented Situations and Learning Motivation: A Literature Review Based on Communication Theory(Review of Communication Research, 2025-01-15); ; This literature review explores the relationship between success-oriented situations and learning motivation, with a particular focus on communication theory. Success-oriented situations are defined as contexts where students experience positive reinforcement and recognition, which can lead to increased motivation. Communication theory is applied to examine how various forms of communication—such as teacher feedback, peer interactions, and family support—can influence students’ perceptions of success and, consequently, their learning motivation. The review synthesizes findings from educational research, highlighting the role of communication strategies in shaping motivational outcomes for primary school students. Key concepts such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, achievement motivation, and the role of social and pedagogical communication are explored. Зерттеуге Алматы қаласындағы С.А. Ходжиков атындағы №39 мамандандырылған лицейінің 5-сынып оқушылары қатысқан. Оқушылардан математика пәнінен білім деңгейін анықтайтын pre-test (алдын ала тест) және post-test (кейінгі тест) алынып, олардың орта мәні есептеліп, сауалнама алынып, оның нәтижелері талданды. Зерттеу жұмысында 5-сынып оқушыларына математика пәнінен «Өзара кері сандар» тақырыбын оқытуда геймификация элементтерін, оның ішінді әртүрлі платформалар қолданылып, сонымен қатар, жасанды интеллектті пайдалану мүмкіндіктері қарастырылған. Зерттеу нәтижесінде геймификацияға негізделген оқыту әдісінің оқушылардың білім сапасының артуына оң ықпалы ететіндігін байқаймыз. Бұл зерттеу геймификацияның оқу процесіне ықпалын терең талдауды мақсат етпесе де, оның тәжірибелік қолданылу ерекшеліктерін көрсету арқылы болашақта тиімді оқыту әдістерін жетілдіруге мүмкіндік береді. This study examines the importance of using gamification elements in teaching the topic of "Reciprocal Numbers" in 5th-grade mathematics lessons. The study involved 5th-grade students of Specialized Lyceum No. 39 named after S.A. Khodzhikov in Almaty. To assess students' knowledge of mathematics, a pre-test and a post-test were conducted, their average scores were calculated, and a survey was administered, with the results analyzed. The study explored the possibilities of applying gamification elements, various platforms, and the use of artificial intelligence in teaching 5th-grade students the topic of "Reciprocal Numbers" in mathematics. As a result of research, we notice that the teaching method based on gamification has a positive effect on the quality of education of students. This research does not aim to conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of gamification on the learning process but rather demonstrates the features of its practical application, which may contribute to the improvement of effective teaching methods in the future. В данной работе рассматривается важность использования элементов геймификации при обучении теме «Взаимно обратные числа» на уроках математики в 5-м классе. В исследовании приняли участие учащиеся 5-го класса специализированного лицея №39 имени С.А. Ходжикова города Алматы. Для определения уровня знаний учащихся по математике были проведены pre-test (предварительный тест) и post-test (итоговый тест), вычислены их средние значения, а также проведен опрос, результаты которого были проанализированы. В исследовательской работе рассматривались возможности применения элементов геймификации, различных платформ, а также использования искусственного интеллекта при обучении пятиклассников теме «Взаимно обратные числа» в математике. В результате исследования мы замечаем, что метод обучения, основанный на геймификации, положительно влияет на качество образования студентов. Данное исследование не ставит своей задачей глубокий анализ влияния геймификации на учебный процесс, но демонстрирует особенности ее практического применения, что в дальнейшем может способствовать совершенствованию эффективных методов обучения. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
