Targeted formation of research skills of students in accordance with the modern model of education of Kazakhstan in the conditions of modernization of secondary education requires: improving the research training of students, ready for effective work in schools. The purpose of the study is to prepare future teachers of mathematics to the formation of research skills of students through solving math problems. The study used research methods as analysis of scientific-methodical and special literature on the research problem; study and analysis of curricula and standards of professional-pedagogical skills, curricula, textbooks and learning materials; pedagogical observation; interview; survey; testing. As a result, students showed willingness to formation of research skills of students through solving math problems. The paper shows methods of solving mathematical problems. Biological specialties’ students during the field practice by Applied Biology with the fundamentals of soil science at the experimental plots master the methods of determining the biomass of agricultural plants, study, and carry out phenological observations, apply optimal doses of fertilizers, used agrotechnical methods, take care of plants and carry out scientific research work. They study the principle of water-saving agrotechnology in the crop producing, the biological features of winter common wheat grown by the system of drip irrigation for industrial purposes. At this age, they have a special interest in learning new things. Research work in primary school is carried out in each subject of the school curriculum. The authors believe that for the proper organization of the research work of students the teacher should be comprehensive, with a high degree of research qualification. In the organization of research activities of students, considering the ways of their development and skills necessary for their research, determined the conditions for the formation of research skills of younger students. Combining scientific theory and practice and creating conditions for use the equipment and reactants in laboratory classes as well as methods of their use at implementation microsatellite analysis advantages to develop research competence of biology experts. Mastering methods of conducting experimental work by means of modern equipment at the molecular level, application, analysis, synthesizing, offering new products by performing researches for the purpose of national economy modernization, also factors of increasing functional literacy undoubtedly are thought to be necessary prerequisites for biology students development. Therefore, in order to implement the above mentioned factors is very important to master microsatellite analysis. Research skills the ability of students to search, creatively explore and evaluate useful information related to a particular topic. The formation of these skills includes conducting research, using critical analysis and forming hypotheses or solutions to a specific problem. The development of science and education is of great importance in the formation of intellectual potential. The article examines the DNA stamps of a model teaching method for the formation of research skills in the study of genetics, molecular biology for students of the specialty biology. A model is a representation of an idea, an object, a concept, a system. Working with the modeling method allows students to systematize, deepen and apply their knowledge in practice. In the genetics lesson, students conducted a study by modeling DNA replication, Nonsense, Missense, Frameshift mutations and the CRISPR mechanism. Modeling using DNA stamps increases students' motivation, interest in the subject, facilitates evaluation, and also helps students remember modeling processes. Students' knowledge was tested by means of questionnairesand interviews. As a result of the study, students became more interested in the subject and easily understood, modeling complex genetic processes.Key words: Genetics, molecular biology, modeling, research skills, DNA replication.
