Тип записи:Публикация, Problems and Opportunities of Distance Learning in The Context of The Pandemic: Case of One University in Kazakhstan(2022-10-21); ; Zada KhibinaDistance education systems are being actively studied and developed in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan, and have already passed the path from the distance learning system to Intelligent flexible learning model based on Web technologies. The advantages of online learning are classroom and platform independence. The goal of various intelligent learning systems is to use knowledge about the field of study, the learner, and learning strategies to provide flexible, individualized study and training. Many Kazakhstani universities were engaged in distance learning as part of the implementation of the second higher education. Obtaining a second higher education in Kazakhstan refers to studying in higher education programs after completing studies at the first higher education in the form of a bachelor's or specialist's degree. By obtaining a second higher education, you can get a degree or qualification in another educational program. The purpose of this empirical research is to study the attitudes of students regarding distance learning and to identify problems in the fulfillment of distance learning in an emergency transition. The study uses a quantitative research method based on a one-dimensional data analysis using descriptive statistics. In order to assess the level of distance learning organization process, the institutional study was initiated at the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University and conducted by the Research Institute for Social and Gender Studies. Based on this study recommendations were developed to improve the educational, methodological, social and educational work of the university, including the use of library resources in the conditions of distance learning. The study was conducted during June - July 2020. The study involved 677 students from all faculties of the university, including bachelor and master degree students, doctoral students. The study was prompted by: the need to assess the quality and level of organization of distance learning at the university; the need to identify problems (issues) of educational and social adaptation of the first-year students; the need to establish the degree of satisfaction of students with the distance learning process. The survey also allows to determine: the most effective forms of distance learning; study the performance indicators of the services provided by the university; to study the indicators of adaptation of students, master degree and doctoral students (satisfaction with the results; deficit experienced by students); evaluate the effectiveness of the work of deans, teachers and advisors from among teachers from the point of view of students. This research identifies the problems in the transition from traditional to distance learning and difficulties that arise when students receive high-quality professional education. Recommendations are developed to optimize the work of university structures aimed at improving the efficiency of the institutes’ work and psychological services. Тип записи:Публикация, Possibilities of using the electronic educational resources to ensure the interactivity of the learning processThis article provides information on characteristics and classification of electronic educational resources according to the type and purpose of use. The main parameters of electronic educational resources such as electronic type of publication (resource); subject area of study; the proposed level of education; the proposed type of educational process; peculiarity of the audience are described in the article. The possibilities of using electronic educational resources to ensure the interactivity of the learning process are also considered, their advantages such as the ability to simulate various processes that replace the use of special equipment and reagents, interactivity, the possibility of network distribution, ease of information retrieval, openness for entering new data, compact storage data are also describes, as well as some disadvantages such as the possibility of information oversaturation of the educational process, the emergence of additional cognitive load, etc are noted in the article. The article also explains such types of electronic educational resources as a computer textbook (textbook, lecture notes, etc.), an electronic reference book, a computer book of tasks, a computer laboratory practice (models, simulators, etc.), a computer testing system that are widely used by teachers to increase the interactivity of the lessons. New types of e-learning resources that have become the most popular links with the transition to online learning like Zoom, Google meet, Google classroom, Microsoft teams and their role in improving the efficiency of the educational process are also described in this article. Тип записи:Публикация, Education for the disabled in accordance with the quality of inclusive education in the distance education process(Science Park Research Organization and Counselling LTD, 2022-01-31); Mariya ShmidtThe aim of this research is to evaluate the disabled education in accordance with the quality of inclusive education in the distance education process in line with the opinions of special education teachers. The research was conducted with 10 special education teachers who were teaching special education and general education in schools with special needs students in Kazakhstan and who agreed to participate in the research voluntarily. The research was designed in accordance with the case study, one of the qualitative research designs. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the teachers used online lessons, video sharing, homework control, online activities and mobile applications in the teaching of the lessons in the distance education process; they preferred formal education to distance education; and they found distance education insufficient to meet the individual needs of students in learning. In addition, teachers stated that they found family participation in distance education and teacher–student peer interaction insufficient. The results obtained from the research revealed the necessity of eliminating the obstacles in the education of the disabled in accordance with the quality of inclusive education. Тип записи:Публикация, The problem of evaluating primary school students in the online education process(SciencePark Science, Organization and Counseling LTD, 2022-01-31); ; ; ; Distant education studies carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic period are handled at different education levels and from different perspectives. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the problem of evaluation of primary school students in online education with the opinions of teachers. This research was carried out by using qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consisted of 25 classroom teachers working in various primary schools in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the 2021-2022 academic year. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool in the research. As a result of the research, teachers stated that face-to-face education is more advantageous than distance education in the evaluation of students. The teachers categorized the problems they encountered in the field of measurement and evaluation during the distance education process as technical problems, communication problems, method problems, and student problems. They suggested technical support, communication support, choosing the appropriate method, and motivating the students as the solution to the problems. GeoGebra is an interactive application for geometry, algebra, statistics and calculus, a special software environment that allows you to learn and teach mathematics and natural science from elementary school to university. It can be used for mathematical experiments and innovations both in the classroom and at home for active and problem- oriented learning. In this article, we show a sketch of the using of the above- mentioned software for creating, solving and illustrating mathematical problems, drawing plots and graphs. Given the identified sources of educational activity and the degree of their influence on the quality of online learning. We considered the ways of activating motivation to learn and recommendations for improving cognitive empathy using an online component for high school students. We provided an analysis of the structure of the organizations independent work of students through the approbation of a set of methods and strategies. As a condition, the content of teaching aids, the features of electronic support, the availability of educational materials are considered. The expediency of using methods of forming a favorable psychological atmosphere in the classroom, which increase motivation for learning and activate thought processes, is substantiated.
