Рассматриваюся two approaches of many researchers to the problem of managing the educational system. The author останаваливается the historical-methodical and scientific-theoretical studies, which reveal the value of the methodological work in pre-school institutions, pre-school education. Paying attention to the development of the methodological work of pre-school institutions, the author gives характеритсику several stages of management of the methodological work in the preschool institution. In the opinion of the author of the article, in the management of the methodological work effective means is the pedagogical diagnostics. In the review of pedagogical and methodical works proves the idea of allocation of pedagogical diagnostics as an effective method of control. In the management activities of pre-school educational institutions diagnostics of the methodological work is based on the objectives of the action: identification of learning outcomes and воспитаниея identify gaps in training and education, etc. At revealing of the results of the training and education of preschool children, do not conform to the objectives it is planned to conduct remedial works, planning of further ways of the organization of training and education, and more. In the process of management of the methodological work of pre-school educational institution on the basis of pedagogical diagnostics, it was established that in the pedagogical process educators should use the individual-oriented methods, as they allow you to reach in a very short time the planned objectives of training and education of preschool children. Innovative methods in the organization of classes in preschool institution will help in creating a strong methodological system of pre-school institutions; facilitate the process of managing it. However, requires new methods of pedagogical diagnostics of the educational process of pre-school institutions, to monitor the results in the methodical work of teachers and the results of the development of preschool children. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

An analysis of the theoretical research basis allowed to the authors to introduce the concept of “research competence of the teacher” as a characteristic of the personality, that means the possession ofskills and methods of the research in searching knowledge for solving educationalproblems, constructing the whole pedagogical process within the requirements of the modern education. The authors say, there is a strong need for preparing specialists in higher education, who possesses research competencies, as the realities of the society demands creative and thinkingunconventionally specialists, able to find creative decisions of pedagogicalproblems. The article presents the characteristics of scientific, instrumentaland professional research competencies of the future teachers in primaryschool, also it defines the way of their formation, both during the processof giving classes and during the process of all types of pedagogical practiceat school. The main part in formation of research competencies of the futureteachers in primary school, the authors give attention to pedagogical practice, as in the process of organizing the lesson, students make their own investigations in education and educational process of the learners, make diagnosis of intellectual development of pupils, carry out experimentalworks on formation of moral qualities of the child’s personality. It is proposed to study the linguistic facts in the aspect of the relationship of language and culture, which will help make intercultural dialogue in the contents of multilingual training. Understanding the spiritual essence of the language, according to the authors, will be the foundation of linguistic and cultural tolerance polylingual person of the future teacher.Analyzes the key concepts of the Kazakh and Russian language picture of the world in particular are considered a metaphor based on the names of animals and fitonims. Based on the comparison reveals that the same phenomenon in the national picture of the world has a different emotional state, which is in striking form is revealed in metaphors.Knowledge and understanding of the national and cultural differences of value orientations of the nation, the spiritual culture of priorities is essential for productive intercultural dialogue in the learning process. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, Teaching Primary School Pupils Through Audio-Visual Means(kassel university press, 2019-11-29); ; Recognition of Kazakh language as the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adoption of ‘State programme of functioning and development of languages for 2011–2020’, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On languages of the Republic of Kazakhstan’, ‘The State programme on education and science development for 2016–2020’ allowed our native language to develop and prosper. Nowadays, special attention is paid to the problem of teaching the Kazakh language. In today's organised pedagogical environment, it is not fully examined the need for the development of communication skills of elementary school students and scientifically-based and practical communication to solve this problem via audio and graphic tools. Therefore, this article focuses on the need to teach elementary school students to work with audio and graphic materials and technology issues on the use of practical materials. Provided that the theoretical foundations for the development of communication skills of elementary school students through audio-visual aids hold true, the structural-substantial model will allow the development of each student’s individual abilities and creativity.
