Article focuses on the organizational and pedagogical problems of teachers in shaping the life of high school students. Тhe problem of education in high schoolіs considered. Also analyzed the materials of psychology in the preparation of teachers. Offered training of teachers through innovative research method subsequently affecting continue training to persons interested a higher level of creativity.
