Тип записи:Публикация, Biological Features of Medicinal Plants of Agrimonia L. in South Eastern Kazakhstan(Canadian Center of Science and Education, 2014-03-25); ; ; The paper deals with morphological and anatomical features of medicinal plant Agrimonia L. that grows in South Eastern Kazakhstan. Morphological and anatomical specifications of vegetative organs were analyzed, and microphotographs of the objects being studied were taken. The overall purpose of this experiment is to clone a portion of the lyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene (GAPDH). Because it is a vital metabolic enzyme involved in one of the most basic of biological processes- glycolysis in respiration the GAPDH protein is highly conserved between organisms, especially vital domains of the enzyme, such as the active site.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 5Цитирования (OpenCitations) 1
