In the article the features of the update of the content of higher social education are shown. An important innovation in teaching the subject “Self-knowledge” is to use 4 “T-s” - trust, tradition, transparency, tolerance. The program of the discipline “Self-knowledge” is based on competence approach, where such competences as general, special, instrumental, interpersonal and systemic are allocated. In modern economical state the issue of improvement of future specialist’s professional competence comes from requirements of the era. In state program of the RK 2020 about education, improvement of professional competence is among important problems that need to be solved. Also increase the demands for teachers who can develop their actions by creative and resourceful side and can use scientific achievements and best pedagogical experiences. Features of Musical Education of Children with Intellectual Disabilities

At the moment in the Republic of Kazakhstan children with disabilities are under special attention. Care for children with developmental disorders is defined by the following state documents: Message of the President to the people; Law on Education; On support of children with disabilities through social, medical and educational adjustments; and others. These documents contribute to the development of effective assisting system in development of this kind of children, teaching, education, accustoming to the work, as well as solving the problem of their professional training, identification of problems of developing correctional and educational character, variety of actual problems, aimed at preventing disability of children are placed in number of priority tasks.
