Now there is no country that does not accept tourists and does not allow tourists to travel. There are plenty of recreational resource, in accordance with the level of economic theory, as determined by demand, which sets the country's tourism income and expenses. All this is reflected by statistics, that is, specific information about tourism in the structure of its definitions. In the 80s of the XX century, new trends have arisen in the tourist demand of Western European countries. They originated from the point of view of economic and social factors, as well as the change in the psychology of modern people. There has been a deterioration in the economic situation that has had a major impact on the structure of tourism consumers. Stagnation in industrialized countries has increased the number of unemployed. At the same time, the main tourist service users - the middle class of the society also had to look for ways to use their leisure time correctly. In this case, the first trend is the expansion of the range of potential tourist services. The second trend of international tourism is the expansion of tourist demand of older people. Of all these, let's talk more about retirement age because older people often show tourist activity. Most retired people are between the ages of 60-65. Depending on the economic downturn, some industries have suffered a financial crisis, so people who have reached the age of 60 have been forced to retire. They were really strong, constantly moving, they had plenty of free time and were always ready to travel. The article considers the main development of tourism and tourism in Kazakhstan, water, skiing, bicycles, cars, education, medicine and healthcare, the history of tourismdevelopment, religious pilgrimages, protection of natural landscapes and attractions, and considers the prevention of environmental pollution problems and the development of tourism in the country. Sights and natural resources of Kazakhstan from the very beginning attracted the attention of the whole world. Information about the nature of Kazakhstan is mentioned in the manuscripts of Ptolemy in the 2nd century AD. The book of Herodotus "Father of History" 459 describes the nature of Kazakhstan. Information about the land of Kazakhstan is presented in 628 in Chinese manuscripts of Chan-Chun and Xuan-Zang. In the sixth century, Arab travelers wrote information about the Aral Sea and the Caspian Sea, traveling through the West Kazakhstan region. In the Middle Ages, the Italian travelers Marco Polo, Plano Carpini, Rubrok traveled to Central Asia, Kazakhstan, and left a lot of information about the Kazakh land. The result of Kazakhstan's voluntary accession to Russia in 1731 allowed Russian travelers to continue their study about Kazakhstan. In ]the XVIII century, Peter I organized an expedition to study the nature of the Turkestan region. The organization of travel to Kazakhstan and the conduct of research was highly developed in the XVIII-XX centuries. Determining the peculiarities of many European species of plant species has revealed the patterns of formation of the basic concepts and principles of populations of ontogenetics [1,2]. Recently, data on the age and stages of the vegetation population have been accumulated, but these are typical for plants that live in the flat region Because of the lack of information about the ontogeny of plants and the age structure of the population, the ontogenesis of the Northern Tien - Shan species is one of the topical theoretical goals of the botanic industry. It is well-known in the study of the individual phases of the ontogenesis that the forms of life-forms of plants are subject to change, which is the result of monopodial growth of the plant [3,4]. The Lily family Liliaceae Lindl , Phlomoides L. genus , Phlomoides oreophila - the plant is spread in the Asian continent. There are about 100 species of this kind. There are 49 species in the Soviet Union, most of them in Central Asia (37), including 30 endemic, the other in the European part of the USSR, in the Caucasus, in Western Siberia and in the Far East. In West Siberia, Altai, Central Asia: Dzungar - Tarbagatai, Pamir - Altay, Tien - Shan Mountains are commonly found in woodland - forest belts to subalpine belts. At present, the domestic and foreign linguistic schools are aimed to identifying the strategic communication in the political discourse, which is a linguist of the national language, in the national consciousness of the people. It also focuses on identifying the research framework of modern political linguistics. The system of political communications influences public consciousness to achieve certain political goals. Today, the public should be a good strategist besides the speaker. In this regard, the article clarified five types of strategic directions, examples are given. It must enter not only one person but a whole society. Since the middle of the last century, political discourse has had its influence in shaping and enhancing the state's image at the international level in various fields. In the conditions of changing the economic situation, the formation of a positive image of the country certainly affects the improvement of economic partnership and economic situation. In this case, of course, a special role is played by political discourse. Discourse is closely related to theory, divided into political and social positions. And in some studies, discourse is a distinctive feature of a political agent. Based on a study in the future, discourse will have a single meaning, regardless of whether it is spoken or visual. A person who writes political texts expresses his political views on these political opinions. Nowadays the speech and actions of political figures in various fields of political linguistics are studied scientifically. Ethnological, mythological, linguistic and folklore studies are of great help in determining the meaning of the word. The people's language is an invaluable treasure, a heritage inherited from generation to generation. One of the scientists who contributed to the development of ethno linguistics in Kazakh linguistics - "The ethnos-linguistic view of ethnos and its language is to examine all the realities and life-styles, world-cognitive, cultural and spiritual wealth of the child from the time of childhood to the facts and data stored on our native language and to benefit them today is". The language we use as a means of communication in everyday life is a rich phenomenon that is invisible to us.
