This is because in this period the republic passed to market society. Now the life ofthe modern person is inconceivable without advertizing background which is more and more obvious,more active and acting. Advertizing which has already penetrated and is getting into all spheres of society actively influences its social institutes and has considerable impact on social behavior of the peopleliving in it.The evaluative meaning in linguistics is reflected in different language levels and it is used to achievethe objectives of the communicants. The most basic units forming the evaluative meaning are parts ofspeech. Adjective is a derivative way of conveying evaluative value in advertising in the Kazakh language. The categories of comparative degree of adjectives, lexical groups are owners of the evaluationvalue of any kind of advertising. It is proposed to study the linguistic facts in the aspect of the relationship of language and culture, which will help make intercultural dialogue in the contents of multilingual training. Understanding the spiritual essence of the language, according to the authors, will be the foundation of linguistic and cultural tolerance polylingual person of the future teacher.Analyzes the key concepts of the Kazakh and Russian language picture of the world in particular are considered a metaphor based on the names of animals and fitonims. Based on the comparison reveals that the same phenomenon in the national picture of the world has a different emotional state, which is in striking form is revealed in metaphors.Knowledge and understanding of the national and cultural differences of value orientations of the nation, the spiritual culture of priorities is essential for productive intercultural dialogue in the learning process. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

Виды вопросительных предложений согласно прагматическим особенностям(2015-10-19)A man can tell about his thoughts to other people as a simple information, also as an expressive speech. The expressive mean of sentence is often used in interrogative sentences then in other kinds of sentences. In Kazakh language in simple sentences interrogatives are specially defined in communicate, pragmatic features. Interrogatives as a separate study should be investigated in comprehensive way and deeply. Because of this, question tags, types of interrogatives, description sentence from lexical-grammatical aspect, pragmatics of interrogatives should also be investigated. First of all, this allows us to understand origin of interrogatives in Kazakh language. Second, it is important to define the pragmatic feature of sentence in Kazakh language. This article analyzes types of questions according to the pragmatic features. Also various concepts of questions are considered. Тип записи:Публикация, Қазақ фольклорындағы бөрі бейнесі(2016-01-01)The cult of the wolfwas spread in many nationsas a figure of strong, freedom beast, which cannot be broken and tame. In the ancient Turks and Mongols the wolf was the main totem that was esteemed as the progenitor. Figure of the Heavenly Wolf runs through the ditch narrativeof the ancient monument of writing «Oguz-name.» Image of the wolf in our literature has not previously been the subject of special study, but it is being addressed in general works, considering the traditional culture of the Kazakhs. Analysis of papers, devoted to the consideration of the symbolism of the wolf, suggests that the study of this question in the Kazakh literature is fragmented or highly specialized character. With the emergence of new scientific methods of research the rich folklore and myth epicmaterials of Kazakh traditional culture which concerned the symbol of wolf, needs a deeper consideration of this issue. As a result of the typological and genealogical relation we have established that the wolf in «Oguz name» is endowed with a double zooantropomorfic nature to jut out at the same time as a form of a man and as a form of an animal. Comparative analysis allowed us to conclude that wolf as a holy animal very admired by Turks, and the echoes of admire have survived to this day in the legends and tales.
