In the given work are presented, economic aspects of the Eurasian Economic Community, economic integration on the Eurasian space substantially depends on a consolidating role of Kazakhstan in strengthening and realization of rather fruitful ideas of EvrAzEC, it recognizes already many officials of the countries—participants of the CIS and the near abroad. Mutual relations within the limits of the integration union should be based on a priority of strategic interests over current problems, on collectivity accepted decisions one participants of the union. The Euroasian economic union—the international integration economic association, the contract on which creation on the basis of the Customs union of EurAsEC is signed on May 29, 2014 will come into force since January 1, 2015.

The article suggests the lines of the Kazakh language development in professional scientific and technological area, based on the understanding of its role and priorities in the formation of the statehood of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As the importance of the Kazakh language grows and the scope of its application expands, the demand for the development of new scientific theories and innovative technologies and the introduction of innovative methods in teaching foreign students and preparing them for training in various specialties arises. This article contains the author’s technique for studying the Kazakh language in a multilingual environment and the grammar of the Kazakh language paradigmatically adapted for learners.

In our country, strengthening the independence and the entry of our country in a number of civilized countries, comprehension of the principles of national, moral and material values, and problems of their realization are vital nowadays. And this in turn requires the culture development; people pass their experiences, achievements in the development to future generations, as well as the progressive traditions of culture. Now consider the language picture of the world in general human cognition in the unity of the world model, and with the same conceptual view of the world is a philosophical and philological concept. The study “Language world” and “Conceptual picture of the world” in the trinity “Language-thought-world” is one of the urgent problems of modern linguistics. Language world—a specific method for the language of reflection and representation of reality in language forms and structures in its relation with the person who is the central figure of the language. From this point of view, we will consider the totem animal of Turkic peoples, including the ideological character of phraseology associated with the totem “blue wolf” and “Bear”.
