    Based on researches of sociologists, economists and mathematicians the authors of this article determined special aspects of mathematical forecasting of dynamic systems and specifics of drawing up prognostic scenarios for development of a higher education institution (“HEI”). Interrelations of main contemporary trends in the development of HEIs to ensure their sustainability were defined: expansion of academic freedoms, introduction of autonomy and strengthening of social responsibility. We want to note that the forecast is a probabilistic assessment of future results of education system, ways of its development, resources and organizational actions necessary for its sustainability. In the process of drawing up forecasts for development of education system, it is necessary to comply with methodical principles and the principles of social forecasting. Moreover, application of methods of mathematical modeling to social processes implies strict requirements to the methodology of such modeling. There are three established directions in it: linearly extrapolative methodology; the Forsythe methodology based on collective expert assessment; the methodology based on cyclic genetic laws of development. Equations on indicators characterizing the academic results of a HEI were generated. The above academic results are components of the sustainable development of a HEI and are necessary to develop a real system of forecasting sustainable development of a HEI under the conditions of its privatization.

    Digital socialization of students in the conditions of professional training

    The article examines the role of socially responsible behavior of an individual in the digital space. The research has been implemented since 2021 as part of the scientific project “Social responsibility of students in the conditions of professional training in universities of Western Kazakhstan”, IRN AR09058126, funded by the Committee of Science of the MSHE of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Modern university students are the future leaders of the state, therefore, their way of thinking and behavior determines the framework of sustainable development of the country. That is why the mission of the modern domestic university is to form a system of values of students through socially responsible education. The authors confirm the need for ideas and tools for the implementation of corporate social responsibility and personal social responsibility of students through high-quality educational programs in a digital university. The scientific and methodological basis was made up of the works of foreign scientists S.L. Davis, L.M. Rives, S. Ruiz-de-Maya; J.C.R. Sousa, E.S. Siqueira, E. Binotto, L.H.N. Nobre, etc. In order to confirm the relevance of the problem, the results of the diagnostics of the activity component, the indicator of which is the social activity of the individual, were presented. It was revealed that purposeful work is needed to develop an integral system of selfgovernment for the majority of respondents, generally leading to an increase in the level of social responsibility of students.

    The experience of combating destructive religious movements in post-secular Kazakhstan: features and social responsibility

    The article reveals destructive religious trends, their concepts and features. Also in the article, the authors identified the types of destructive religious movements, for the definition of which fundamental scientific works and research were used. The authors reveal the negative consequences for public order and the integrity of the state, the negative impact on human life resulting from the actions of destructive religious movements. The necessity of fighting destructive religious movements is substantiated. The experience of combating destructive religious movements in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of post-secularity is demonstrated. The legal basis of the activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan in relation to destructive religious movements is determined. The laws adopted in the first years of the country's sovereignty are analyzed. The article also gives an assessment of international organizations of the activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of post-secularity in relation to destructive religious movements. The international significance of these events has been determined. The article reveals the social significance of the struggle against destructive religious movements. The tasks that should be performed not only by law enforcement agencies, but also by the scientific community in the fight against destructive religious movements in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of post-secularity are revealed. Taking into account the possibilities of modern mass media, the assessment of new forms of struggle against destructive religious movements is given.     В статье раскрыта проблема развития социальной ответственности обучающихся современного университета. На основе работ Б.П. Шубнякова, Е.М. Пенькова, А.С. Гаязова, М.В. Николаева, В.Н. Лукина, И.М. Дурановой, Т.П. Скребцовой и других социальная ответственность определена как интегральное качество личности, играющее важную роль в мотивационно-ценностной сфере человека и критериальном оценивании его жизнедеятельности в окружающем мире. Авторы поднимают вопрос о значимости и непрерывности процесса развития социальной ответственности обучающихся, как профессионального качества, предлагая возможные пути ее повышения на основе формирования патриотизма (конституционный долг, честь, совесть), духовно-нравственной культуры (традиции и ценности, мораль, этика общения и поведения), мировоззренческого развития личности будущего специалиста (сознание, принятие и следование законам, креативность, инициативность). Целью исследования является теоретическое обоснование и уточнение содержания понятий «ответственность», «социальная ответственность обучающихся». Объектом исследования выступает социальная ответственность как интегральное качество личности. Предметом исследования является процесс развития социальной ответственности обучающихся в условиях профессиональной подготовки. Были получены достоверные результаты в ходе анкетирования профессорско-преподавательского состава Западно-Казахстанского медицинского университета имени Марата Оспанова в течение трех месяцев (март–май 2021 г. Выборка составила 103 человека. Анкета включала 11 прямых вопросов с 5-ью вариантами ответов, предполагающих только один правильный ответ. Анализ полученных данных демонстрирует, что преподаватели понимают ценность и значимость понятия «социальная ответственность», некоторые из них выделяют даже критерии и показатели данного явления, однако недостаточно компетентны в выборе эффективных методов и форм психолого-педагогического сопровождения данного процесса в условиях профессиональной подготовки. Теоретическая новизна заключается в раскрытии научно-теоретических основ развития социальной ответственности обучающихся современного университета. Определены компоненты структуры социальной ответственности обучающихся (когнитивный, мотивационно-ценностный, деятельностный, рефлексивно-прогностический). Выделены функции социальной ответственности личности (информативно-познавательная, ценностно-ориентационная, нормативно-регулирующая, преобразующая). На основе работ С.Н. Васильева дополнены условия обучения, способствующие повышению социальной ответственности у обучающихся (единая благоприятная социокультурная среда, самоменеджмент, общекультурные компетенции, опора на межличностное доверительное отношение и эмпатию, использование активных методов обучения). Практическая значимость исследования представлена авторской анкетой «Представления о социальной ответственности».
