STUDY OF THE AMINO ACID AND ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION OF THE ABOVEGROUND PART OF XANTHIUM STRUMARIUM PLANTS(2020-01-01); ; ; ; The article contains materials on the study of the content of amino acids, macro-and microelements in the leaves and stems of Xanthium strumarium plants. The content of amino acids is determined by liquid chromatographic method. As a result, 10 amino acids (2 essential): arginine, threonine, alanine, proline, cysteine, licin, phenylalanine, lysine, oxyproline, serine, and the presence of 10 elements in them was noted. It was determined that the dry extract from the aboveground part of Xanthium strumarium is a source of amino acids, macro-and microelements. Anatomical, morphological and phytochemical properties of Aegopodium alpestre Ledeb.: a case study of Kazakhstan(Academic Press, 2020-09-10); ; ; ; Gulraikhan E. ZHANTEYEVAThis article deals with the phytochemical, morphological and anatomical investigation of ethanol-based extracts derived from the leaves and stems of the Aegopodium alpestre. The vegetative organs of A. alpestre were conserved according to Strasburger-Fleµming method using a 1:1:1 mixture of alcohol-glycerin-water. A total of 1200 ethanol-based extracts (2 from leaves and 2 from stem tissues per plant) were prepared using the Soxhlet extractor. All extracts were used to identify organic and inorganic compounds in the leaves and stems of the studied plant. Contents of biologically active substances, microelements, vitamins and amino acids were determined. This article is the first paper to display very high concentration and diversity of vitamins (6 types), micronutrients (5 types), and aminoacids (13 types) in the leaves and steams of A. alpestre. Findings conclude that identification of biologically active substances in the above the ground vegetative organs of A. alpestre may be a common practice in the future. Considering the study results, A. alpestre may be used as a medicinal plant on a large scale. For this, the cultivation practice needs to be scaled up.
(2021-03-22); As a result of changes in the agro-ecological conditions of the Kazakhstan Aral Sea area, soil fertility is decreased and occurred their secondary salinization. Therefore, the application of organic and mineral fertilizers and ameliorants improve soil fertility and increases yield of rice. For these purposes, the influence of zeolitic organo- mineral fertilizers + bioadditives (ameliorant) on the anatomical structure of vegetative organs of rice has been studied. The results of the study shows that the combination of zeolite with organo-mineral fertilizers (Bio Vermicompost, BVC) and bioadditives (ground + zeolite 2.5 t/ha + BVC 3 t/ha + bioadditives) exercise a significant influence on the formation of anatomical structure of the stems, leaves and root of rice variety Marjan.

STUDY OF TANNING SUBSTANCES AND FLAVANOIDS IN THE LEAVES OF ASIAN AGRIMONY(AGRIMONIA ASIATICA JUZ.)(Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, 2024-01-01); ;Nurgul Mamytova; ; Asian agrimony (Agrimonia asiatica Juz) is a common wild plant including that growing within the territory of Kazakhstan, a very promising raw material for flavonoids and tanning substances release. These active substances have significant pharmacological potential. The article presents the results of work on determining the quantitative and qualitative composition of tannins and flavonoids in plant raw materials from the Asian agrimony (Agrimonia asiatica Juz). The presence of tanning substances and flavonoids in the extracts received from the above-ground part of Asian agrimony has been established by qualitative reactions. Various developers for paper chromatography have been used. The quantita-tive determination of flavonoids has been carried out in terms of the equivalent amount of quercetine, and the standard method of permanganatometric titration has been used to determine the quantitative content of tanning substances. Quantitative content of tanning substances in the leaves of Asian agri-mony (A. asiatica juz.) showed an 8,156 %, and a quantitative content of flavonoids showed 1,9 %. The purpose of the study is to determine the quantitative and qualitative composition of tannins and flavanoids in prepared herbal medicinal raw materials in order to identify the most promising objects for further research.
Comparative phytochemical and GC-MS analysis of leaves, stems, and roots of Euphorbia yaroslavii Poljakov.(Instituto Internacional de Ecologia (Brazil), 2026-01-01) ;Abibulla Ametov; ; ; Euphorbia yaroslavii Poljakov. is a rare plant species endemic to Kazakhstan whose phytochemical composition has remained largely unexplored. This study presents the first organ-specific phytochemical and GC-MS characterization of the leaves, stems, and roots of this species. Quantitative analyses indicated pronounced metabolic differentiation among plant organs. Roots were characterized by high contents of total phenolics (58.2 ± 2.5 mg GAE/g DW), coumarins (2.48%), and mineral components (total ash 13.22%), while leaves exhibited the highest tannin content (2.35%). The maximum flavonoid content was observed in roots (0.27%), whereas stems contained the highest level of ascorbic acid (0.70 mg/g DW). GC-MS profiling tentatively identified 68 compounds in leaf extracts, 65 in stem extracts, and 39 in root extracts. Root extracts were dominated by fatty acids and triterpenoid-sterol constituents, including octadecanoic acid (18.9%), hexadecanoic acid (17.5%), β-amyrin (5.2%), and lanosterol (4.9%). Overall, the results indicate organ-specific metabolic specialization in Euphorbia yaroslavii Poljakov. and provide a reliable phytochemical baseline for future bioactivity-oriented and conservation-related studies.
