Mathematical Modeling to Estimate the Diffusion of Traffic-Related Air Pollutants in Almaty City
this article discusses the distribution of emissions of pollutants from traffic congestion at the intersections in Almaty city transport network. A mathematical model has been developed by using a recurrent operator method for modeling and calculating the spread of harmful impurities in the urban environment. To solve partial differential equations of the second order, integral-differential operators are introduced in the form of a special series with constant coefficients determined from the recurrence relations associated with the differential equation in question. The particular solutions obtained in this case are relatively simpler, since they were based on a single recurrence relation, which leads to simpler differentiation formulas. Based on the approach, the general solutions were proposed in terms of arbitrary functions and are not related to the solution with the definition of the roots of the characteristic equation of the function. The obtained results were illustrated graphically and given in tables.

THE PROBLEMS OF THE SOUTH KAZAKHSTAN AND CITY OF ALMATY ECOLOGY IMPROVEMENT AND CHEAP WAY OF OAK, JUNIPER, ACACIA, MAPLE, CEDAR, LILAC AND OTHER TREES GROWING AND UPBRINGING THE YOUNG GENERATION IN THE SPIRIT OF ECOLOGICAL PATRIOTISM
    (2018-01-01)
Humankind still has 45 to 50 years to improve the quality of airshed in the world on the whole and in Kazakhstan in particular. There are several ecological methods to prevent hazardous phenomena and mitigate the severely continental climate with its hot summers and cold winters, namely: 1) development and introduction of alternative power sources (use of the power of sun, wind, hydroelectric power stations’ power, etc.). For example, sun and wind power plants have been built and put into operation in many regions of Kazakhstan. Possible ways of alternative power sources usage were demonstrated at the Expo-2017 exhibition held in Kazakhstan; 2) improvement of the vegetable blanket photosynthesis throughout the world on the whole and in Kazakhstan in particular. To do this, it is necessary to preserve woodlands, to grow long-term woody plants and fruit plants of high photosynthesis level. The Chair of Ecology and Biology of the Kazakh State Women Teachers Training University has developed a Cheap way of growing the long-term woody plants of high photosynthesis level, such as: oak, juniper, acacia, maple, cedar and lilac using the seeds, specially prepared sprouts, at the permanent sites and tending them. It is possible to prepare a huge number of planlets of the above listed trees using this method and it will not be expensive. When this activities are carried out and the large number of planted trees grow big, this will stop desertisation and contribute to climate improvement and creation of favorable ecological conditions in Kazakhstan. On top of that, these measures are of paramount importance for upbringing the new generation in the spirit of ecological patriotism

ECOLOGICAL CONDITION OF THE CITY OF ALMATY
    (2020-01-01)
This article discusses the environmental issues of the city of Almaty, which are one of the burning problems of Kazakhstan, the climate in the city begins to acquire the characteristic features of the subtropical zone. The process of climate change leads to the fact that the extremeness of weather events increases, the number of extreme temperatures increases. The main causes of air pollution in Almaty are emissions of pollutants by road and outdated technologies of many industries, such as thermal power plants. Due to pollution in the air, the presence of carbon monoxide accumulates, it cannot be felt by a person by smell or color, but it can create an oxygen deficiency in the tissues of human bodies, which can cause headache, dizziness, nausea, loss of consciousness, and the presence of dioxide in the air Nitrogen, when interacting with exhaust carbon, contributes to the formation of photochemical fog - smog. The main task of restoring a healthy ecological climate in Almaty and to solve it requires the most effective, well-thought-out and really feasible projects and programs that could be aimed at restoring, maintaining and maintaining the ecological condition of our city.

A person lives in an environment where positive and negative sound waves propagate. Today, in urbanized cities, an increasing number of vehicles are the main source of sound distribution. Depending on the intensity of sound emanating from cars, their total magnitude, daily distribution and duration, noise becomes a source of harmful effects on human health. Along with the noise from cars, unburned pollutants from burning fuel also spread. It creates additional stress on the environment, human health, along with sound waves when pollutants accumulate in the city's air. In this regard, the analytical work is based on an analysis of the number of vehicles on the roads of the city of Almaty and their emissions.

Most of the pollutants from the atmosphere of the urbanised area get into the soil. Due to the increase in population and motor transport in Almaty city there is a high level of atmospheric air pollution, increased content of heavy metals in the soil. Accumulation of heavy metals by green trees from the soil positively affects soil conditions, in this regard, it is relevant to assess the current state of soil cover of regions where Thuja occidentalis L. and Platycladus orientalis L. trees grow. In the article, to determine the influence of western and eastern thuja trees on soil composition, soil were obtained with coordinates at point 2 and control point, where trees of thuja species grew side by side. Total and mobile content of heavy metals in soil (Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe) were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Morphological characterisation of the soil cover was made, granulometric composition and soil types were determined by the Tyurin method. Point 1 Thuja occidentalis L. humus content in soil cuttings on which the tree was growing showed maximum content of 3.82% in 0-10 cm, while Platycladus orientalis L. when growing the humus content is low 1.86%, the soil in point 2 opposite Platycladus orientalis L. humus content of 2.96% when growing Thuja occidentalis L. (2.14%) has a higher humus content compared to the augmented soil. Thuja occidentalis L. and Platycladus orientalis L. in the control, where the species grew together, the humus content is 3.1%. the pH value ranged from 8.26 to 8.81, with soil cuttings generally showing a strong alkaline environment. Among the heavy metals, Zn, Cu and Fe were found to be significantly above the MAC in the soil, meaning that the soils of the study area were contaminated with heavy metals. At profile 1, the soil on which western thuja grew has less amount of Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe compared to the soil on which eastern thuja grew, Mn- and others are above MAC. At profile 3, only the Fe size of Platycladus orientalis L. is higher in the overgrown soil. Thuja occidentalis L. and Platycladus orientalis L. where the species grew together, the amount of Mn decreased by 452.2µg/kg. The study showed that the accumulation of heavy metals in the soil decreased when growing the western thuja species compared to the eastern thuja species.
