Тип записи:Публикация, Search and Implementation of Innovation in Educational InstitutionsProblem Statement: Problem of innovation is a major component in the development of professional educational institution. Innovative activities not only excite a competitive process but also determine multifunctional aim: preparation of qualified specialists of appropriate level and profile, whose competence and advance knowledge of profession meet the world standard. Purpose of study: To estimate the intensity of innovative activity, and identify the factors which contribute and prevent the spread and development of innovations. Research methods: Following methods were used: method of theoretical analysis, interview, and analytical and statistical data processing. Collection of initial information was carried out on the basis of gathering the informative database with the help of checklists and questionnaires. These activities had been carried out at the State Women University and Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages. Findings: In the process of evaluation of the quality of the innovative activities, following results were taken: 5% of the respondents consider that the innovative activities are carried out at a high level; 37% - it is mostly at a high level; 49% consider that they are carried out positively only in some fields, in others not; 6% considers that the activities are carried out at a low level; 3% of the respondents state the fact that the innovative activities are not carried out at all. According to expert's assumptions, the above- mentioned data is overestimated. One of the main negative factors that block the implementation of the innovative activities, according to the expert's view, are the contradictions between the possibilities and the real ‘status quo’ of the issue among the pedagogical community in accepting everything new. Conclusions: The analyses of findings show: potentially effective activities are carried out in a limited sphere and changes slowly. Limits for modernisation imply the lack of appropriate technologies and absence of full conditions to overcome them. Тип записи:Публикация, PROTECTION OF ROTARY TYPE WIND AGGREGATES IN UNFAVORABLE CLIMATIC CONDITIONS(2009-01-01); Transfer to alternative sources of energy is becoming a worldwide trend and is realized with wide political support of many countries like in Republic of Kazakhstan. In this case, the problem of using energetic equipment in unfavorable climatic conditions rises. Below, we consider how this problem is solved on an example of wind-driven electric plant (WDEP) in Kazakhstan. The working of WDEP in Northern, Central and Eastern Kazakhstan is fraught with serious consequences. There are frequent days with long snow storms (blizzards), which results in a wet snowdrift on open surface devices with formation of tightly snow-ice shell. Researches done during the last 12 years at the department of mechanics of the Kazakh national university (al-Farabi), allowed developing rotary type wind aggregates with working blades such as the alary NASA-0021 type [1] which includes the working by heat protection of the rotating elements which allows maintaining them in dry and warm conditions in any unfavorable climatic conditions. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, Ethnogenesis and Ethnic Processes in Modern KazakhstanFinding the roots of ethnic Kazakh people is extremely complex, and is intimately connected with the study of ancient Kazakhstan and adjacent areas of Eurasia. Among the many aspects of the origin of the Kazakh people are two aspects: linguistic and anthropological. There is every reason to believe that the two processes in the area under parallel development, mainly for historical vertical. This approach allows us to trace the continuity and preserve the “ancestral” traits. However, in certain periods of history played a role and the development of the horizontal line. It is noteworthy that in the ancient indigenous monks region had a common linguistic and anthropological basis, and modern descendants of the genetic clustering generally corresponds to the linguistic. Kazakhstan's long history can be divided into two periods: the Indo-European and Turkic. The first period, in spite of their considerable time distance, appears as a real phase formed not only with strong economic and cultural traditions, but also a number of prominent ethnic groups. Тип записи:Публикация, Possibilities of Using Digital Technologies in Teaching Latin Graphics in the Republic of Kazakhstan(2020-01-01); ; This article examines the problems of the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Latin script and the possibility of using information technology in its solution.After the adoption of Latin graphics, the question of how to teach it will be put in the foreground.In addition, the perception of graphics is carried out by solving problems related to spelling.At this stage, multimedia technologies, in particular, special training programs and mobile applications can become an auxiliary tool in all conditions of life.It is important to establish spelling issues.Modern Kazakh phonemes can be designated by Latin symbols and, accordingly, it is possible to solve the difficulties encountered in the study of the norms of writing, spelling principles by using special training programs, which are created during the research.We hope that the results of this research will contribute to the practice of transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to writing based on Latin graphics. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, Method for solving the periodic problem for an impulsive system of hyperbolic integro-differential equationsThe periodic problem for a system of integro-differential equations of hyperbolic type with impulse effects is considered. This problem is reduced to an equivalent problem, consisting of a family of periodic boundary value problems for system of ordinary differential equations with parameter and impulse effects and integral relations by method of introducing additional functions. Sufficient conditions for existence of unique solution to the family of periodic boundary value problem with the impulse effects for system of the ordinary differential equations are received by parametrization method. Тип записи:Публикация, Theoretical investigations of nitrogen doping on Co3O4for water dissociation catalytically activity(IOP Publishing, 2018-11-01); ; We report the results of theoretical investigations of nitrogen doping on Co 3 O 4 (100) bulk by means of the plane-wave periodic density functional theory (DFT) calculations combined with the Hubbard- U approach and statistical thermodynamics.Using accurate DFT+ U calculations, we have shown that bulk Co ions denote charges in value 0.017 – 0.57e. Тип записи:Публикация, Mathematical Modelling as a Means of Formation of Methodical Competence of the Prospective Teacher(2020-04-30); In this article the method of formation of methodical competence of students of pedagogical university is developed.The task of the higher school is to raise a new generation of professionally competent mathematics teachers.In this regard, there is a need to develop effective methods of training prospective teachers.The aim of the study is to develop a methodology for the use of mathematical modelling for the formation of methodical competence of the prospective teacher.The study used research methods such as theoretical analysis of scientific literature, observation, generalization.As a result, a method of using mathematical modelling as a means of forming the methodological competence of the prospective teacher was developed.Every method of scientific research, both theoretical and experimental, is based on the method of modelling, since in sign modelling, models appear in the form of graphs, drawings, formulas, systems of equations, sentences in natural or artificial (symbols) language.
