    О некоторых аспектах взаимодействия этнопсихологии и музыкальной этнологии (на примере казахской традиционной музыки)
    (T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, 2024-12-20) ;
    Жанель Ертаевна Абельтаева
    Взаимодействие этнопсихологии и музыкальной этнологии на примере казахской традиционной музыки, является актуальным в условиях глобализации, а также оказывает влияние на формирование этнической идентичности. Цель исследования — выявить роль традиционной музыки в поддержании психологического благополучия и этнической самобытности казахского народа. Исследование выполнено с применением комплексного подхода, включающего психологические и культурологические методы. Для анализа были изучены этнографические, философские и психологические аспекты казахской музыки, опираясь на труды казахстанских исследователей по символике и ценностям музыкальной культуры. Результаты исследования показывают, что казахская традиционная музыка выполняет важные психологические функции. Ритуалы и обряды в казахской культуре выступают как средства психоэмоциональной регуляции, позволяющие участникам пережить сильные эмоции. Например, «Сынсу» и «Жоктау», помогают людям справляться с утратами и стрессом, айтыс, как способ общения в момент состязания - снять внутреннее напряжение, разрешить конфликтные ситуации. Инструментальные кюи передают скрытую информацию и поддерживают социальную гармонию, а кобызовая музыка способствует переработке трагических переживаний, выполняя психотерапевтическую роль. Казахская музыка имеет значительное этнопсихологическое значение, поддерживая духовное и психологическое благополучие сообщества. Перспективы включают дальнейшее изучение казахской традиционной музыки как ресурса для психотерапии, а также возможности использования вышеназванных музыкальных практик в современных психологических подходах.

    Development of emotional self-regulation skills in primary school-aged children with autism spectrum disorder using ABA-therapy
    (Turan University, 2026-09-19) ;
    Ж. С. Абиева
    ;
    The article comprehensively examines the problem of developing emotional self-regulation skills in primary school children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from a theoretical perspective. A systematic analysis of contemporary scientific literature indicates that insufficient development of the ability to recognize, understand, and regulate emotions in this group of children has a direct impact on behavioral stability, engagement in learning activities, and the level of social adaptation. Within the framework of the study, the relationship between emotional self-regulation and the functional nature of behavior is analyzed, and the functions of behavior (attention-seeking, escape from demands, access to desired outcomes, and sensory satisfaction) are systematically described. In addition, the theoretical foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) are examined, highlighting its structured, step-by-step, and function-oriented approach. The conducted theoretical analysis demonstrates that the ABA approach, based on the principles of positive reinforcement, systematic repetition, and functional behavior analysis, contributes to the development of emotional stability in children, enhances self-control skills, and improves social interaction. Furthermore, this approach enables the organization of effective pedagogical support tailored to the child within the educational process. Therefore, ABA therapy is considered an effective and scientifically grounded method for developing emotional self-regulation skills in children with ASD.

    This review examines the role of physical education as a pedagogically grounded means of supporting student mental well-being in higher education. In the context of increasing academic pressure, sedentary lifestyles, and the growing prevalence of mental health challenges among university students, physical education is reconsidered not merely as a fitness-oriented subject but as an integrative educational practice. The study synthesizes international research on pedagogical conditions, instructional approaches, and institutional strategies that connect physical activity with psychological resilience, motivation, emotional regulation, and social engagement. Particular attention is given to student-centered and inclusive models, the integration of digital technologies, interdisciplinary courses linking physical education with health and neuroscience, and mindfulness-based and stress-reduction practices. A comparative analysis of international best practices demonstrates that positive mental well-being outcomes are most evident when physical education is embedded within supportive university policies and holistic learning environments. The findings indicate that pedagogically informed physical education enhances not only students’ physical health but also their academic functioning, sense of belonging, and long-term engagement in healthy lifestyles. The review highlights the need for integrated higher education policies that position physical education as a strategic component of student mental well-being and sustainable university development.
