ZHUMARTOVThe article considers changes in the education system during the COVID-19 coronavirus infection pandemic. The term “digital competence of a teacher” is disclosed and a comparative analysis of the attitude to distance learning of teachers and students using a sociological survey is made. The teachers identified the lack of direct contact with the student as the main disadvantage of distance learning, and students feel discomfort due to the inability to receive knowledge directly from the teacher. A number of problems of distance learning have been identified and a course program has been created to improve the digital competence of a teacher. The course content covers the basics of pedagogical design, rubrics of educational results, platforms for collaboration, tools for creating a video lecture, platforms for monitoring and collecting information, digital footprint and analysis, online resources of virtual laboratory work. As a result of learning, 680 university teachers and teachers of secondary schools in Kazakhstan designed their own course. At the end of the first semester, the approbation of these courses was considered. The authors performed a two-step data analysis procedure using deductive and inductive analysis methods. For active communication and effective feedback between students and teachers, it is necessary to develop electronic textbooks. Creation of a high-quality electronic textbook is a complex, laborious process that requires the participation of a number of specialists: editors, designers, programmers. And today, with the transition to mass distance learning, it has become possible to satisfy the need for the rapid development and use of electronic textbooks using iSpring products. With iSpring, a teacher independently can not only record a video for each lecture, but also prepare various interactive tasks and tests, and receive ready-made results of completed tests and assignments. ISpring Learn for Distance Learning allows you to actively lead the learning process and track learning outcomes. All educational institutions that offer distance learning opportunities differ from each other in the educational process. It also differentiates between the content and level of education, the number and composition of students, technical and financial capabilities. The implementation of such a multifaceted and complex task involves increasing the level of knowledge of students and expanding the level of knowledge. During the pandemic, there is a need for educational technology, the need to use effective leadership opportunities for distance learning, the focus on cultural values. Designing these types of activities involves the use of pedagogical design as a process of analyzing learning needs and goals. The aim of the study is to identify the role of pedagogical design using the ADDIE model in the design of components of online lessons in Russian language and literature in a comprehensive school. The article summarizes the points of view of researchers regarding the term "pedagogical design", reviews the scientific literature, describes models for designing video and online lessons. On the example of using the model of pedagogical design ADDIE, forms of designing educational material in the Russian language are proposed, built in the form of simulators - interactive tasks with automatic verification of the answer. The value of the study is that the results obtained can be used in the design of video components and online lessons in the Russian language and literature in a comprehensive school. The authors of the article pay special attention to pedagogical design as a process in the development of technical specifications when designing the content of online lessons, digital content, simulators and educational multimedia tools. Тип записи:Публикация, Education for the disabled in accordance with the quality of inclusive education in the distance education process(Science Park Research Organization and Counselling LTD, 2022-01-31); Mariya ShmidtThe aim of this research is to evaluate the disabled education in accordance with the quality of inclusive education in the distance education process in line with the opinions of special education teachers. The research was conducted with 10 special education teachers who were teaching special education and general education in schools with special needs students in Kazakhstan and who agreed to participate in the research voluntarily. The research was designed in accordance with the case study, one of the qualitative research designs. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the teachers used online lessons, video sharing, homework control, online activities and mobile applications in the teaching of the lessons in the distance education process; they preferred formal education to distance education; and they found distance education insufficient to meet the individual needs of students in learning. In addition, teachers stated that they found family participation in distance education and teacher–student peer interaction insufficient. The results obtained from the research revealed the necessity of eliminating the obstacles in the education of the disabled in accordance with the quality of inclusive education. Тип записи:Публикация, The problem of evaluating primary school students in the online education process(SciencePark Science, Organization and Counseling LTD, 2022-01-31); ; ; ; Distant education studies carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic period are handled at different education levels and from different perspectives. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the problem of evaluation of primary school students in online education with the opinions of teachers. This research was carried out by using qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consisted of 25 classroom teachers working in various primary schools in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the 2021-2022 academic year. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool in the research. As a result of the research, teachers stated that face-to-face education is more advantageous than distance education in the evaluation of students. The teachers categorized the problems they encountered in the field of measurement and evaluation during the distance education process as technical problems, communication problems, method problems, and student problems. They suggested technical support, communication support, choosing the appropriate method, and motivating the students as the solution to the problems. Тип записи:Публикация, Methodological foundations for the development of practice-oriented tasks in geography based on the activity approach(Science Park Research Organization and Counselling LTD, 2022-05-31); ; ; In this study, it is aimed to investigate and design the methodological foundations for the development of practical tasks in geography based on the effectiveness approach. The research was carried out in the spring semester of 2021–2022. The study with the participation of 360 secondary school students was conducted in a quantitative research model. In the study, 4 weeks of geography and activity training were given to the group of participants. In order to collect data, the ‘effectiveness approach’ data collection tool developed by the researchers was used in the study. The data collection tool used in the research was delivered to the students and collected by the online method . The analysis of the data was carried out using the SPSS programme; frequency analysis was carried out using t-test and the results obtained were added to the study accompanied by tables. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the group of participants had methodological foundations for the development of practical tasks in geography based on the effectiveness approach. Given the identified sources of educational activity and the degree of their influence on the quality of online learning. We considered the ways of activating motivation to learn and recommendations for improving cognitive empathy using an online component for high school students. We provided an analysis of the structure of the organizations independent work of students through the approbation of a set of methods and strategies. As a condition, the content of teaching aids, the features of electronic support, the availability of educational materials are considered. Educational content is located at: https://auyl-school.kz/The authors are currently working on the creation of digital educational resources to help teachers of the Russian language and literature of Kazakh schools, the content of which is completely tiedto the Standard curriculum on the subject “Russian language and Literature”. The developed tasks canbe applied by teachers in their lessons and the digital educational resources compiled for the primaryschool meet modern educational needs, contain video tutorials and audio materials, tests, presentations,simulators – collections of interactive tasks with automatic response verification, educational and methodological materials that a teacher can use to design online lessons and build effective interaction andorganization of students’ work in a digital environment.The authors believe that the use of digital educational resources is justified, as it allows students toactivate their activities, makes it possible to improve the quality of education, improve the professionallevel of a teacher, and diversify the forms of communication of all participants in the educational process.Key words: Russian language and literature, digital educational resource, educational content, interactive tasks.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 3Цитирования (OpenCitations) 2
