The purpose of this study is to define the main problems and provide organizational- methodological recommendations for ensuring vocational guidance for students with special needs. This research describes the main provisions and results of the realization of project work directed at the development of a modern system of inclusive education in the context of globalization and according to the career guidance of students. The results of the research can help organize career guidance work for secondary school teachers and school administration.

La formación de jóvenes bien formados, capaces de convertirse en especialistas altamente cualificados en el futuro, referentes en sus profesiones, requiere de una orientación profesional, así como de un desarrollo del interés hacia ese sector ocupacional, desde la edad escolar. La correcta elección de una profesión según sus capacidades será importante tanto para el estudiante como para la sociedad. De acuerdo con esto, el objetivo de este proyecto científico es el estudio de las peculiaridades psicológicas en la elección profesional de los estudiantes de secundaria. Los autores describen las características de los métodos de investigación sobre los intereses profesionales de los estudiantes de secundaria relacionados con su orientación ocupacional y se exponen los resultados de los experimentos. Para la realización de la parte empírica se seleccionaron estudiantes de los grados 10 y 11 de las clases de la escuela nº 21 de Aktau y los estudiantes de primer año de la Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering, que lleva el nombre de Sh. Esenov. La importancia teórica y práctica de las investigaciones realizadas radica en la identificación de los aspectos psicológicos de las opciones profesionales y de los fundamentos teóricos de la orientación ocupacional de los estudiantes de secundaria. Los resultados de la investigación pueden utilizarse por profesores de escuela y profesores universitarios y familias.

Scientific and technical progress in era of globalization, as well as socio-economic changes occurring in the global world requires the enhancement in the field of science, education, and culture also lead to the innovations on pedagogical science, modern school, and the development of the teacher personality. The school faces the task of forming a comprehensive and harmoniously developed personality. Along with this, the vocational orientation of the student's personality already at the school level becomes most relevant, especially with the introduction of a 12-year education at school. Among all above mentioned, a special place is given to a social pedagogue's personality, since his professional activity acquires qualitatively new characteristics. Social pedagogue is a link between the school and other institutions, between parents and students, and can carry out their work in multifunctional areas such as socio-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical, socio-legal and socio-economic sphere. Social pedagogue should also assist students in the professional orientation to develop themselves in competitive environment. This research aims to analyze the formation of professional training of future social pedagogy teachers in the conditions of the University. And in order to achieve this goal to do some tasks. We need to describe the process of professional training of teachers and do research on its condition at the university level. All these areas contain various aspects of the activity, and the preparation of future social teachers at the university level should be systematic, practice-oriented, and carried out at the very early stages of preparation at the University. Accordingly, the requirements for the quality of training should also change.

Today, considering professional specialists' needs, the content and technology of training in career counseling from the perspective of practice are not sufficiently developed. Thus, a search for new forms, methods, and means of conducting career guidance with students is necessary. This article offers a broad range of technologies and their optimal combination in career guidance work with pupils in the integrated system “School – University.” A leading approach to the study of this problem is an integrative approach that leads to the necessity to use traditional and innovative technologies that contribute not only to effective assimilation of knowledge but also an early social adaptation of the prospective adolescents to university conditions. The present study consists of a needs assessment of students' career guidance and career counseling programs in the university. The research is based on a survey developed on a sample of 120 students from the Almaty schools. The collected data has been both qualitative and quantitative. The students have been inquired about their professional path, about their career decisions, personal and professional values, abilities and competencies, intentions for the future, etc. The study's most relevant results show that: students are poorly informed about job opportunities, their expectations for the future are not connected with their own knowledge and abilities, they do not have a coherent career plan, and they encounter major barriers in the career decision process. The results are important for career counselors as they can be used to develop career guidance programs in the university environment. Purpose of the research: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of vocational guidance for senior schoolchildren in the context of specialized education. The article is valuable for teachers and faculty of educational and vocational institutions to organize and conduct career guidance with students, applicants, and students.

Vocational guidance at school is seen as an integral part of the whole system of educational work, but not as a sum of individual activities related to the release of students from school. In general, it is closely connected with the process of formation of a fully developed personality, with the preparation of students for life, to work and is carried out throughout the school. The article considers professional as one of the most important components of the General of the person. Various approaches to the definition of personality orientation and«professional orientation» are highlighted.

The article describes the personal qualities and cognitive processes of high school students and determines their future profession. Taking into account the abilities and level of knowledge of students, career guidance work is carried out using pedagogical and psychological methods and techniques. Vocational guidance is an activity aimed at preparing adolescents for the choice of profession, taking into account their individual inclinations, interests, professional hobbies and society’s requests for personnel of various levels and qualifications. The essence of professional orientation as a social problem is the professional desire of adolescents to overcome contradictions, the demand of society in personnel. In solving this contradiction, a key role is played by the actions and activities of the teaching staff, teachers, psychologists responsible for labor and vocational training of students. On its basis, the level of theoretical development, the principles of professional orientation and methodological problems are formed. Thus, adolescents should be open in choosing a profession, more consciously understand what is necessary in their future life, use all the opportunities for a conscious and correct choice of a future profession. As a research method, diagnostic testing through an automated on-line system, psychological counseling based on the results of diagnostics, and the organization of psychological training work "personal growth" are provided.

The article is devoted to one of the actual problems of modern education, in particular, the problem of developing the professional qualities of the personality of a university teacher. The authors analyze the understanding of professionalism in the psychological and pedagogical research of foreign and Kazakh scientists. In our research we use the following definition: “professionalism is a combination of professional competence, professional orientation and professionally important qualities of a teacher”. The authors present the characteristics of a “professional person”, where such a person should be capable of self-organization, as well as should be able to identify and solve problems. An important aspect of professional development, as the authors note, is its psychological support. That is, the development of such qualities as professional consciousness, thinking, a positive vision of the world, confidence and self-competence. However, after analyzing the initial situation, the authors believe that at universities, in particular, at the technical ones, the educational process is not always based on an understanding of the need for psychological and pedagogical support of a future specialist. To solve the problem, experimental work was organized and carried out, the main method of research was the “survey” and the author’s questionnaire. The questionnaire was based on five criteria, each of which reveals the psychological invariants of professionalism and non- professionalism of the individual. The article presents main results of the study. Measures for the development of motivation and the desire for professional development are proposed. The authors believe that the relevant activities should be implemented in the professional training of students, which in the future will contribute to a more efficient and high-quality professionalization process. Авторлар «кәсіби адам» сипаттамасын ұсынады және ол өзін-өзі ұйымдастыруға қабілетті, мәселені анықтай және шеше білуі керек деп айқындалады. Статья посвящена одной из актуальных проблем современного образования, в частности проблеме развития профессиональных качеств личности преподавателя ВУЗа. Проанализировано понятие «профессионализм» в психолого-педагогических исследованиях зарубежных и казахстанских ученых. Дано следующее определение «профессионализм - это совокупность профессиональной компетентности, профессиональной направленности и профессионально важных качеств преподавателя». Авторами представлена характеристика «Человек-профессионал», где такой «человек» должен быть способен к самоорганизации, уметь выявлять и решать поставленную проблему. Важным моментом профессионального становления, как отмечают авторы, является его психологическое сопровождение. То есть развитие таких качеств как профессиональное сознание, мышление, позитивное видение мира, уверенность и аутокомпетентность. Однако, проанализировав исходную ситуацию авторы считают, что в вузах, в частности технического профиля, не всегда учебно-воспитательный процесс строится на понимании необходимости психолого-педагогического сопровождения будущего специалиста. Для решения поставленной проблемы, организована и проведена экспериментальная работа, основным методом исследования стал «опрос» и авторская анкета. Опросник состоял из 5 критериев, каждый из которых раскрывает психологические инварианты профессионализма и непрофессионализма личности. В статье представлены результаты проведенного исследования. Предложены мероприятия по развитию мотивации и стремлении к профессиональному развитию. Авторы считают, что соответствующие мероприятия необходимо и нужно реализовывать при профессиональной подготовке студента, что в будущем будет способствовать более эффективному и качественному процессу профессионализации. Personality, Interest and Career Decisions: Assessing Psychological Readiness for Professional Choice Among High School Students

Psychological readiness for career choice represents a critical developmental task during adolescence, shaping subsequent educational paths and vocational self-determination. This study investigates the formation of such readiness among grade nine students in a public secondary school in Almaty, Kazakhstan, using an integrated psychological assessment approach. Grounded in Holland’s RIASEC theory and temperament-based perspectives, the study examines how vocational interests, temperament characteristics, and educational decision status interact in early career planning. Data were collected from 185 students during structured school-based diagnostic sessions employing a RIASEC vocational interest inventory, a temperament assessment, and a brief educational decision questionnaire. The findings reveal a differentiated structure of vocational interests, with social and investigative orientations most prevalent. While a majority of students reported preliminary career or educational choices, a substantial proportion remained undecided, indicating heterogeneous levels of psychological readiness. Temperament distributions suggest that emotional regulation plays an important role in translating vocational interests into concrete decisions. Overall, the results support conceptualizing psychological readiness as a multidimensional construct encompassing interest clarity, personality-related regulation, and decision commitment. The study highlights the importance of sustained, psychologically informed career guidance during key educational transitions and offers practical implications for school-based career counseling.
