    ЖИРНОКИСЛОТНЫЙ СОСТАВ ЦВЕТКОВ ТОПИНАМБУРА
    (National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2026-09-29) ; ; ; ;
    Топинамбур (Helianthus tuberosus) является относительно экологически безопасным растением благодаря способности накапливать соли тяжелых металлов, нитраты и радиоактивные изотопы в меньших количествах по сравнению с другими растениями. Большую часть высокомолекулярных углеводов этого растения составляют пектиновые вещества. Пектиновые вещества способствуют регулированию процессов пищеварения и поддержанию нормального функционирования пищеварительного тракта. Биохимический состав топинамбура повышает его значение как технической культуры. Данная культура является важным источником питательных и физиологически активных веществ, включая витамины, макро- и микроэлементы, аминокислоты, полиненасыщенные жирные кислоты, углеводы, органические кислоты, биофлавоноиды, фитонциды и другие биологически активные соединения. Ценность топинамбура обусловлена также содержанием в его липидной фракции насыщенных и полиненасыщенных жирных кислот. Одним из актуальных направлений исследований в области фитохимии и фармакогнозии является изучение состава и содержания высших жирных кислот (ВЖК) в тканях топинамбура. Жирные кислоты, являясь основными структурными компонентами клеточных липидов, обеспечивают структурную целостность биологических мембран, участвуют в накоплении энергии, межклеточной передаче сигналов и регуляции обменных процессов. Кроме того, они обладают антиоксидантными и противовоспалительными свойствами, а также способствуют снижению риска развития сердечнососудистых заболеваний. В растительных тканях жирные кислоты содержатся преимущественно в составе триацилглицеридов, фосфолипидов и восков. Анализ жирнокислотного состава растения позволяет оценить его биологическую и пищевую ценность. В данной статье представлены результаты исследования жирных кислот в цветках топинамбура. В качестве объекта исследования использовали цветки топинамбура, собранные в горной местности Медеу города Алматы. Жирнокислотный состав цветков топинамбура анализировали методом газовой хроматографии. Содержание высших жирных кислот определяли с использованием газового хроматографа-масс-спектрометра «JMS-Q1600GS» фирмы «JEOL» (Япония). Согласно полученным хроматографическим данным, в цветках топинамбура обнаружено 12 жирных кислот.

    The structural, chemical, and physicochemical characteristics and antioxidant properties of humic acids isolated from shale in the Kenderlyk and Kiin fields are determined. Negative values of the acids’ oxidation are found: –3.62 and –4.06 for Kenderlyk and Kiin shale, respectively. Thus, the shale-based humic acids are reducing agents. IR spectroscopic data show clear absorption bands of hydroxyl, functional, and carbonyl groups. ESR spectroscopy indicates a high content of paramagnetic centers in the humic acids: 9.3 × 10 17 and 9.5 × 10 17 spin/g for Kenderlyk and Kiin shale, respectively. The paramagnetic centers in the molecular structure of the humic acids indicate that they are promising as antioxidants.

    Abstract The results of studies on the physicochemical and antioxidant properties of humic acids (HAs) and hymatomelanic acids (HMAs) from brown coals of deposits in the Republic of Kazakhstan are presented. It was found that the molecular structure of HAs from coals of the Oy-Karagay and Kiyakty deposits has functional groups of carbonyl, hydroxyl, and aliphatic nature as structural elements. The test samples of coals and HAs were characterized by the occurrence of paramagnetic centers (PMCs) with the Lande spectroscopic splitting factor values above 2.00, which indicate the presence of free radicals caused by a strongly delocalized electron cloud in the molecules of coals and HAs. The results of the amperometric determination of the antioxidant properties of HMAs indicated that the HMAs exhibit antioxidant activity, which will allow them to be used as a biologically active additive in the production of pharmaceutical preparations.

    Humic substances (HS) are natural compounds, the formation of which occurs in natural environments as a result of chemical and biological decomposition.HS accounts for 60% to 80% of organic matter in soil and aquatic environment.Therefore, we obtained samples of HS isolated from low-mineralized sulphide mud deposits of Tuzkol Lake (Republic of Kazakhstan) were obtained.HS samples have been characterized by instrumental methods: EPR spectroscopy and amperometry.Analysis of the concentration of paramagnetic centers shows that the minimum number of free radicals contains molecules of fulvic acids, and the maximum number of free radicals contains molecules of humic acids (HA) of peloids.The antioxidant activity and bioavailability of humic preparations in the form of sodium humates depending on the concentration of HS have been investigated.The information obtained indicates that HS have antioxidant activity and bioavailability, the value of which increases when the concentration of the solution grows.Dialysis of silver humate has been carried out in the presence of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at concentrations of 0.1; 1.0; 5.0 and 10% w/w.For HA and silver humate, a 10% concentration of DMSO is optimal, which allows a maximum yield of peloid preparations and a 1.6-fold increase in permeability.Dialysis of silver humate is 1.2 times more intensive than dialysis of HA.It has been shown that the change in the total content of antioxidants in various fractions of humic substances increases in the series; fulvic -humic -gimatomelanic acids.

    This study investigates the potential of biochar derived from various biomass sources: apricot kernel (AK), pine sawdust (PS), rice husk (RH), wheat straw (WS), and reed stem (RS) to enhance the yield, nutritional quality, and environmental sustainability of parsley crops. Comprehensive characterization through SEM, EDAX, nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms, and FTIR analyses identified AK biochar as the most suitable for further enrichment due to its superior specific surface area (512.3 m2/g) and iodine number (51.23 mg/g). EDAX analysis revealed that AK biochar exhibited the highest carbon content (92.1%), while RH biochar contained the highest silicon content (46%), indicating different potential applications. FTIR analysis identified key functional groups, such as carbonyl (1740 cm⁻1) and hydroxyl (3430 cm⁻1) groups, which contribute to the biochar’s reactivity and potential effectiveness in various applications. The effects of selenium (Na2SeO4), iodine (KI), their combination (Na2SeO4 + KI), and BISF (biochar‐enriched iodine and selenium fertilizer) on parsley growth, antioxidant properties, and nutrient accumulation were evaluated. The results demonstrated that joint applications of iodide and selenate led to a 3.1‐fold increase in iodine content (up to 16.8 mg/kg d.w.) and a 1.2‐fold increase in selenium accumulation (up to 2482.1 μg/kg d.w.) in parsley compared to separate treatments. Additionally, BISF treatment significantly improved key biometric parameters, with leaf weight increasing by 1.6 times (up to 326.5 g) compared to the control, and antioxidant content—ascorbic acid, polyphenols, and antioxidant activity—showing increases of 1.56, 1.27, and 1.50 times, respectively. This study underscores the effectiveness of selenium‐ and iodine‐enriched biochar in enhancing parsley crop yield and nutritional quality while also demonstrating the multifunctional role of biochar in environmental remediation.

    The using of bioactive compounds received from natural raw as nutriceutics is aknowledged as well as strengthening, immunomodulatory, adaptogenic agents and in order to reduce the risk of emergence of various diseases. Ganoderma Lucidum or Reishi mushroom is known on east during centuries and has been used in different aims. Modern researches of Reishi mushroom show its high antioxidative potential. Our experiments have shown that extracts made from micelium and fruiting body of ganoderma reduce the intensity of lipoperoxidation in membranes and increase the resistance in vitro conditions. Micelium extract inhibited the level of products of lipoperoxidation up to 37,6% at concentration 10 mkg, 21,1% at 20 mkg, 14,9% at 50 mkg. At influence the same concentrations of ascorbic acid means of level of lipid peroxidation amount 74,3%, 60,4% and 36,4% - respectively, for vitamin E - Е-70,2%, 65,3%, 53,5% and 38%respectively. Antioxidative effect of fruit body’s extract significantly have shown at 10-50 mkg – level of LPO decreased on 80% from origin level, the increasing of concentration from 50 to 100 mkg leaded to practically total inhibition of formation LPO products. At concentrations lower than 10 mkg antioxidative effect of the testing agents didn’t differ significantly. The experiments revealed that the mycelium extracts' antioxidant properties exceed the well-known antioxidant agents such as vitamins E and C, while the extract of the fruit body has a substantially similar effect of ascorbic acid and alpha-tocopherol Results of study have shown that extracts of ganoderma possess pronounced property to stabilize the structure of cell membrane. Severity of membrane stabilizing effect of extracts depended on concentration. In concentration 0-200 mkg in samples incubated in the presence of mycelium and fruit body extracts the hemolysis decreased on 19,8% and 25% at 10 mkg, on 27% and 37% at 20 mkg, on 55% and 57,2% at 50 mkg, on 63% and 68% at 100 mkg, on 69% and 65% at 200 mkg respectively, whereas at the introducing in samples the ascorbic acid in analogical concentrations the hemolysis have descended on 10%, 14,5%, 25%, 40% and 44%, and at the cariing in α-tocopherol the hemolysis lowered on 5%, 22%, 32%, 40%, 45% and 50% respectively. The researches of total polyphenols and flavonoids in extracts showed, that in extracts abscent compounds, which are related to flavonoids, whereas have found the existence of another polyphenolic compounds.

    This study investigates the phytochemical composition and biological activities of six solvent extracts-hexane, ethyl acetate, and hydroethanolic fractions-from the roots and aerial parts of Ajania fastigiata (C. Winkl.) Poljakov (Asteraceae), collected in the mountain regions of southeastern Kazakhstan. Phytochemical analysis revealed that the aerial ethyl acetate extract contained the highest levels of bioactive metabolites, including phenolic compounds (34.22 ± 1.98 mg GAE/g), flavonoids (2.74%), organic acids (1.91%), and coumarins (0.54%). Antioxidant potential was evaluated using DPPH and ABTS radical-scavenging assays, with values of SC50 = 133.98 ± 12.91 µg/mL (DPPH) and 209.21 ± 3.70 mg Trolox/g (ABTS). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), determined by the broth microdilution method, showed strong antimicrobial activity of the aerial ethyl acetate fraction, particularly against P.aeruginosa (MIC = 9 µg/mL) and E.faecalis (MIC = 39 µg/mL). Cytotoxicity was assessed by the MTT assay on NIH-3T3, K562, and Saos cell lines. The aerial ethyl acetate fraction exhibited selective cytotoxic effects, with IC50 values of 210 µg/mL for K562 and 360 µg/mL for Saos, while showing negligible activity toward normal fibroblasts (IC50 > 2500 µg/mL). These results confirm the pharmacological potential of A.fastigiata as a promising natural source of antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anticancer agents.
