This paper proposes a novel approach for scanned document categorization using a deep neural network architecture. The proposed approach leverages the strengths of both convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs) to extract features from the scanned documents and model the dependencies between words in the documents. The pre-processed documents are first fed into a CNN, which learns and extracts features from the images. The extracted features are then passed through an RNN, which models the sequential nature of the text. The RNN produces a probability distribution over the predefined categories, and the document is classified into the category with the highest probability. The proposed approach is evaluated on a dataset of scanned documents, where each document is categorized into one of four predefined categories. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves high accuracy and outperforms existing methods. The proposed approach achieves an overall accuracy of 97.3%, which is significantly higher than the existing methods' accuracy. Additionally, the proposed approach's performance was robust to variations in the quality of the scanned documents and the OCR accuracy. The contributions of this paper are twofold. Firstly, it proposes a novel approach for scanned document categorization using deep neural networks that leverages the strengths of CNNs and RNNs. Secondly; it demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach on a dataset of scanned documents, highlighting its potential applications in various domains, such as information retrieval, data mining, and document management. The proposed approach can help organizations manage and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования медиа цифровой грамотности учащихся начальных классов. Повышение медиа цифровой грамотности младших школьников не может осуществляться без повышения медиа цифровой грамотности преподавателей. Основная стратегия, обеспечивающая многократное повышение эффективности, базируется на цифровых грамотных преподавателях. Преподаватели, владеющие медиа цифровой грамотностью, могут эффективно помогать соискателям. Обучение Медиа цифровой грамотности воспринимается через непосредственный контакт преподавателей с аудиторией: во-первых, их способность воспитыватьинформированных и мыслящих граждан; во-вторых, выявляются изменения, которые придают им воспитательную, просветительскую роль. Педагоги хорошо воспринимают нашу образовательную программу по медиа и цифровой грамотности в соответствии с педагогическими стратегиями, направленными на повышение качества их методической работы. Стимулирование изменений в сфере образования остается следствием внедрения медиа цифровой грамотности.Кроме того, в статье описывается значение понятий «медиа цифровая грамотность», их актуальность для учащихся, интеграция в процесс обучения, цели и результаты, методы и приемы воспитательной работы. The article discusses the issues of media formation of digital literacy of primary school students. Improving the media digital literacy of primary school children cannot be carried out without improving the media digital literacy of teachers. The main strategy, which ensures multiple efficiency increases, is based on digitally literate teachers. Teachers with media digital literacy can effectively help applicants. Teaching Media digital literacy is perceived through direct contact between teachers and theaudience: firstly, their ability to educate informed and thinking citizens; secondly, changes are identified that give them an educational, educational role. Teachers perceive our educational program on media and digital literacy well in accordance with pedagogical strategies aimed at improving the quality of their methodological work. Stimulating changes in the field of education remains a consequence of the introduction of digital literacy media.In addition, the article describes the meaning of the concepts of "media digital literacy", their relevance to students, integration into the learning process, goals and results, methods and techniques of educational work.
