Тип записи:Публикация, DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY FOR OBTAINING A BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER(2023-10-07); ;Сейтхан Азат; ;Ulan ZhantikeyevKainaubek ToshtayAn important technological solution for plastic pollution is the replacement of traditional biodegradable polymers, biodegradable polymer materials with physico-mechanical properties that cause environmental pollution. An urgent problem is the search for ways to reduce the self-decomposition of biopolymers and waste, as well as to reduce the cost of such materials, including the use for these purposes of substances that can be analogues of biodegradable polymers. The research work is aimed at obtaining a biodegradable biopolymer based on starch raw materials in the presence of various organic acids (citric acid, acetic acid, lactic acid) and plasticizers (glycerin, polyvinyl alcohol, nanomaterial). An effective material was selected from the products obtained from various acids and plasticizers. Measures to improve the technology of bioplastics production are considered. A durable and economical biopolymer capable of processing and biodegrading biological waste, including starch-containing garbage, has been obtained. The resulting products have successfully passed all physico-chemical tests and are ready for mass production. A scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analysis with IR spectroscopy were used to study the physicochemical parameters of the obtained biopolymers.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 1Цитирования (OpenCitations) 1 - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

Тип записи:Публикация, The Significant Role Of Mxene’s Derivatives And Composites In Supercapcitors: A Review(2025-01-01) ;Meruyert Nazhipkyzy ;Aknur Berkinbayeva ;Muhammad Hashami; Togzhan MashanMXene derivatives and composites are becoming fresh and promising two-dimensional (2D) materials because of their unique properties, performance, and multifunctionalities. This review covers the general aspects of MXenes (family of 2D transition metal carbides, nitrides, and carbonitrides), their MAX phase (a diverse class of nanolaminate materials with intriguing properties that have received incredible global research attention because they bridge the divide separating metals and ceramics.)precursors, dissimilarities and similarities between MAX phases and MXenes, and special properties of both materials. The important focuses are made on the methods of MXene synthesis and their stability and conductivity, as well as on synthesizing new MXene composites with desired characteristics. The impacts of MXenes in energy storage systems, especially supercapacitors, are discussed based on the high specific surface area, tunable porosity, and optimized inter-layer spacing. Here, various aspects of MXene materials, including properties, synthesis, and applications, have been discussed to highlight their importance for the development of energy storage systems and material science research.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 4Цитирования (OpenCitations) 1 - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, PRODUCTION OF MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE FROM AGRICULTURAL WASTE AND PREPARATION OF GEL FILMS BASED ON IT(2025-10-22) ;M. K. Shamshidenov ;Yerkebulan A. Altynov; ;Kalampyr BexeitovaA. SeithanThis paper discusses the process of obtaining microcrystalline cellulose by removing lignin from biomass and studying its properties. Rice husks, which are agricultural waste, were used as biomass. The effect of the ratio of biomass to peroxyacetic acid on the yield of microcrystalline cellulose was determined. The yield of microcrystalline cellulose from rice husks at a ratio of 1/14 was 70%. Additionally, gel films based on rice MCC and sodium alginate were prepared, and their hydrolytic degradation properties were studied. In an acidic medium (pH 4.08), the gel film showed a 66% mass loss within 7 days, indicating pH sensitivity and biodegradability. The morphological surface, average particle size, and structure of the samples were studied. The surface morphology of the samples was examined using a scanning electron microscope, and it was found that the average particle size was 7–10 µm. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed the amorphous–crystalline nature of the material. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) confirmed the presence of hydroxyl, carbonyl, and ether functional groups. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) demonstrated the thermal stability of the gel films. The developed method for producing microcrystalline cellulose from biomass requires fewer processing stages compared to traditional methods and is environmentally safe. It was shown that high-quality microcrystalline cellulose can be obtained in one stage without the use of reagents containing sulfur and chlorine, high pressure, or large amounts of water. The interest in microcrystalline cellulose is due to its unique properties, such as lightness, non-toxicity, biocompatibility, and biodegradability. Currently, it is in high demand in the production of aerogels, gels, biocomposites, biodegradable materials, and films. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, ADSORBENTS BASED ON MODIFIED NANOCELLULOSE: WATER PURIFICATION FROM ORGANIC AND INORGANIC POLLUTANTS(Shakarim University, 2026-07-29) ;Zhexenbek Toktarbay ;Makhabbat Kunarbekova; ;Kenes KudaibergenovDana AshiraliyevaAgainst the backdrop of rapid industrial growth, water pollution has become a pressing global environmental issue. This review provides a systematic analysis of the efficiency of functionalized nanocellulose- based adsorbents for the removal of organic (synthetic dyes, phenols, antibiotics, pesticides) and inorganic (Pb 2+ , Cd 2+ , Hg 2+ , Cr(VI), Cu 2+ , As) pollutants from water. Key findings: the highest sorption capacities are achieved by TEMPO-oxidized nanocellulose and amine-functionalized composites – up to 2500 mg/g for methylene blue and up to 2270 mg/g for lead ions. Nanocellulose-based molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) selectively adsorb phenols with efficiencies of up to 97% even in the presence of structurally similar competitors. Most adsorbents reviewed retain 80+90% of their capacity after 20 regeneration cycles. The paper examines three main types of nanocellulose (CNC, NFC, BNC), their preparation methods (acid hydrolysis, TEMPO-oxidation, mechanical and enzymatic treatment), and surface functionalization strategies (isocyanate-based, amine- and thiol-functionalization). The alignment of nanocellulose production from agricultural waste (rice husks, soybean hulls) with sustainable development principles is emphasized. Key unresolved challenges – scale-up, stability in real wastewater matrices, and cost-effectiveness – and future research directions are also identified.
