Тип записи:Публикация, Biological Features of Medicinal Plants of Agrimonia L. in South Eastern Kazakhstan(Canadian Center of Science and Education, 2014-03-25); ; ;Abigail Newsome; The paper deals with morphological and anatomical features of medicinal plant Agrimonia L. that grows in South Eastern Kazakhstan. Morphological and anatomical specifications of vegetative organs were analyzed, and microphotographs of the objects being studied were taken. The overall purpose of this experiment is to clone a portion of the lyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene (GAPDH). Because it is a vital metabolic enzyme involved in one of the most basic of biological processes- glycolysis in respiration the GAPDH protein is highly conserved between organisms, especially vital domains of the enzyme, such as the active site.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 5Цитирования (OpenCitations) 1 - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

SHADMANOVA ;G.S. Mukanova ;S. N. Murzahmetov ;A. B. AlpysbayevaA. SankaibaevaMalus sieversii is a mountain-steppe and valley tree species widespread in the mountains of southeast Kazakhstan. The aim of this work is to study the structure of variability and intraspecific differentiation of Malus sieversii (Ledeb.) M. Roem. based on a complex of morphological features of generative organs and the characteristics of the seasonal rhythm of apple trees in natural and introduction conditions. Malus sieversii is a mountain-steppe and valley tree species widespread in the mountains of southeast Kazakhstan. The introduction collection of Malus sieversii’s forms growing in the Main Botanical Garden of Almaty (GBS) is a source of global genetic resources. According to the research data, the intraspecific variability of the studied apple tree forms was characterized by heterogeneous morphometric parameters of the generative organs. The studied apple trees are distinguished by heterogeneous morphometric parameters. Large-flowered forms were observed both in natural populations and in GBS. In the conditions of the Dzungarian Alatau, the large sizes of flowers were characteristic of the forms in the gorges of Pikhtovaya and Mushabay. Among the variety clones the sample TP-19 selected in the Pikhtovaya distinguished itself by the large size of the corollas. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, Ecological Monitoring of G. olivieri Griseb Populations, A Medicinal and Food Plant(2024-01-01); ; ;Ahmet Aksoy ;Mert Can VardarGulbanu Aueskhanovna SadyrovaThe subfamily Gentianinae includes approximately 425 species, with the majority belonging to the well-researched genus Gentiana. These species are primarily distributed across the Eurasian continent. The Gentianaceae family, known for its many bioactive compounds, is traditionally used in medicine as an antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, digestive aid, antidepressant, and antianemic agent. The Gentiana olivieri is also used as a bitter tonic stimulant of appetite and food in traditional Kazakh medicine. The ecological monitoring and geobotanical evaluation of G. olivieri populations in a variety of environments in southeast Kazakhstan are presented in this work.Fieldwork in May 2023 focused on G. olivieri flowering specimens in three different areas: the Ile River floodplain, Arkharly Ridge and Arkharly Pass in Zhetysu Region and Degeres-say Gorge in the Almaty region.Using identification guidelines and local herbarium resources, plant materials were confirmed.Geobotanical surveys analyzed population dynamics, including generative and vegetative individuals, growth metrics, and ecological circumstances, using route-reconnaissance methods and Drude's abundance scale. The study area has a variety of soil types and topographies, including serozem, dark chestnut, and meadow-chernozem soils. The distribution and vitality of G. olivieri are influenced by temperature, precipitation, and soil composition fluctuations, as demonstrated by soil and meteorological data collected in 2023-2024.The results show that there are three primary populations, each with unique phytocenotic and ecological circumstances.Whereas the populations on Arkharly Ridge and the floodplain of the Ile River exhibit distinct floristic compositions and environmental interactions, the Degeres-say Gorge sustains a high density of G. olivieri in dense clonal groups.According to the investigation, G. olivieri exhibits remarkable ecological adaptability, with populations flourishing in a variety of environments despite pressure from humans. The abundance of commercially useful species found in these areas' vegetation, such as fodder and medicinal plants, highlights the importance of G. olivieri ecosystems from both an ecological and financial standpoint. Results indicated that humus content across all soil samples was below 2% (very low), with a highly alkaline PH.CO2 levels were low, while phosphorus and potassium reserves were significant among the mobile forms of nutrients.Mobile phosphorus levels in the upper soil horizons (0-15 cm) ranged from 160 to 450 mg/kg, and potassium levels ranged from 150 to 450 mg/kg.Mobile nitrogen content was between 30 and 40 mg/kg.Granulometric analysis showed that coarse dust fractions predominated in all soil sections. The findings suggest that G. olivieri populations are well-adapted to their diverse habitats but require conservation measures to mitigate anthropogenic impacts. This comprehensive study provides valuable insights into the ecological status and distribution of G. olivieri, contributing to the understanding and preservation of this medicinal plant species in southeastern Kazakhstan.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 5Цитирования (OpenCitations) 2 - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, Evaluating the Status of Humulus Lupulus Populations in Kazakhstan: Implications for Conservation, Sustainability and Forest Ecosystem Management(2025-01-01) ;Aigul Yedilova ;Zarina Arkenzhanovna Inelova ;Marina Zhamanbayeva ;Lashyn N. KiyekbayevaG. К. YerubayevaEnvironmental protection plays a key role in maintaining biodiversity and conserving ecosystems, including plant populations with high ecological potential.Humulus lupulus (H.lupulus), commonly known as hops, belongs to the Cannabaceae family and is a plant known for its rich phytochemical composition and wide range of bioactive properties. This study provides an ecological analysis and geobotanical assessment of H. lupulus populations in the southeastern part of Kazakhstan.Fieldwork conducted in July 2023 covered five regions: Almaty, Talgar, Enbekshikazakh, Sarkan, and Alakol.Plant identification was confirmed using herbarium resources, and geobotanical analysis was conducted using route surveys and the Drude scale. The floristic composition and age-related characteristics of each population were determined. The results identified five distinct populations, each characterized by unique ecological and phytocenotic features.Dense clonal groups were found in Almaty, while floristic composition varied in the Enbekshikazakh and Sarkan regions.Soil analysis revealed a wide range of humus content (from low to high), slightly alkaline pH, and significant variation in the concentrations of phosphorus (26-162 mg/kg), potassium (270-430 mg/kg), and zinc (3.8-57.3mg/kg).The study emphasizes the remarkable adaptability of H. lupulus to diverse conditions and its susceptibility to anthropogenic pressure. This research underscores the significant impact of human activity on the environmental condition. To minimize the anthropogenic impact on the biosphere, it is essential to develop innovative approaches aimed at optimizing the use of natural resources, strengthening measures for biodiversity conservation, and restoring disrupted elements of ecological balance.Of particular importance in this context is the protection of H. lupulus populations as a critical component of ecosystem processes.A comprehensive approach to addressing these challenges will ensure long-term ecological sustainability and the preservation of natural heritage for future generations. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
