To understand a certain national personality, one must express its cultural values and specific attributes on the basis of these aforementioned aspects. In this regard, this paper examines the ideological and cultural core of the Russian and Kazakh people by focusing on certain cultural, symbolic, and stereotypical features. Now consider the language picture of the world in general human cognition in the unity of the world model, and with the same conceptual view of the world is a philosophical and philological concept. The study “Language world” and “Conceptual picture of the world” in the trinity “Language-thought-world” is one of the urgent problems of modern linguistics. Language world—a specific method for the language of reflection and representation of reality in language forms and structures in its relation with the person who is the central figure of the language. It is proposed to study the linguistic facts in the aspect of the relationship of language and culture, which will help make intercultural dialogue in the contents of multilingual training. Understanding the spiritual essence of the language, according to the authors, will be the foundation of linguistic and cultural tolerance polylingual person of the future teacher.Analyzes the key concepts of the Kazakh and Russian language picture of the world in particular are considered a metaphor based on the names of animals and fitonims. LabenovaThe aim of this study is to determine the problems and expectations of vis-ually impaired adult school students in the field of social communication. Within the scope of this general purpose, it was carried out with 30 visually impaired adults in the fall term of 2021-2022. It was carried out with school students studying at the school and working at the same time. The research was designed in accordance with the qualitative research design for tailless analysis of data. In the December research sample, there are 30 school students determined from the universe by the purposeful sampling method. Data were collected with social communication interview ques-tions prepared by the researcher. Decontamination analysis was performed for detailed analysis of the redial data. The result of this research is that visually impaired adults see disability as a limitation. It is defined as re-striction in social relationships, restriction from doing things, restriction from individual activities. It has been concluded that disabled individuals stay away from communication in their professional lives, are excluded because they prevent the distribution of work, and this situation has negative consequences. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, 2025-12-29); ; The article addresses the issues of selecting, adapting, and digitizing texts of patriotic content in the formation of linguistic consciousness. In contemporary educational contexts, the development of linguistic consciousness capable of generating oral and written texts and transforming them into meaningful communication between the author and the recipient is of particular relevance. At the primary school level, learners, in accordance with their age-related cognitive abilities, gradually acquire grammatical awareness and begin to master basic functional styles of language, which creates favorable conditions for integrating value-oriented content into language education. Linguistic consciousness is an interdisciplinary concept widely applied in philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, and sociology, as it reflects the interaction between language, thinking, and social experience. In primary education, this concept is especially important in the process of forming civic competencies through exposure to texts of patriotic content. Such texts contribute not only to language development but also to the internalization of cultural values and national identity. The study is based on a linguistic analysis of patriotic texts used in educational practice. Special attention is given to the principles of age-appropriate selection and adaptation of materials, as well as to the possibilities of digitization using modern educational technologies. Digital formats enhance accessibility, engagement, and multimodal perception of patriotic content. The article argues that the formation of linguistic consciousness should begin in early childhood, ensuring a balanced development of language competence, civic awareness, and cultural identity. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, THE IMPORTANCE OF LEXICAL CLASSIFICATION OF FILM DISCOURSES IN CREATING A MULTIMEDIA CORPUS (BASED ON THE FILM “ALTY JASAR ALPAMYS” (“SIX-YEAR-OLD ALPAMYS”)One of the most relevant issues in linguistics is the study of the language of films at the present time. This issue is being extensively reseached by scientists. However, the issue of including the film discourse in a multimedia corpus based on children's films has not been considered at its own level yet. Researches on film discourses are reviewed, the concept of the term “the film discourse” is explained in the proposed article and the lexical selection of film discourses that can be included in the multimedia corpus has been analyzed by using such methods as grouping and description to fill this gap. The lexical selection of the film discourse was compiled based on materials of the film “Alty jasar Alpamys” (“Six-Year-Old Alpamys”) (dir. A. Karsakbayev, 1977). The lexical material was divided into five groups that represent the national identity and cultural values. Causes, for choosing words included in each group, were explained and they were presented as material examples that could be included in a multimedia corpus in this selection. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

It considers how social, political, and economic transformations in society affect the system of cultural and philosophical values. In addition, the transformation of cultural and philosophical values in the context of globalization, scientific and technological progress, and the information society is analyzed. The main goal of the article is to study the constantly evolving nature of cultural and philosophical values and to determine their significance in modern society.The article discusses dynamic changes in the value orientations of young people in the context of modern societal development. Significant differences in value orientations between young people, namely Generation Z (Gen Z) and Millennials (Gen Y), determine the relevance of the article. Since youth is the driving force of social change and the bearer of the future, it is especially important for society to study the values that guide them. Value orientations represent a system of internal principles that determine an individual’s life goals, behavior, and worldview. The values of young people are formed depending on the socio-economic situation, family upbringing, the education system, culture, and the information environment. The article examines the features of the formation of value orientations of modern youth from a philosophical and scientific perspective, based on academic sources and specific sociological research. The study shows that over time, increased activity on social networks, TikTok streaming, and blogging can sometimes weaken the spiritual orientation of young people and lead to the predominance of consumerist attitudes. Тип записи:Публикация, THE MANIPULATIVE FUNCTION OF PHRASEOLOGISMS IN POLITICAL DISCOURSE (ON THE BASIS OF KAZAKH AND RUSSIAN LANGUAGES)The article examines the role and significance of socio-political translation in the context of modern intercultural communication. From a sociolinguistic perspective, the study explores the peculiarities of translating political discourse, including adaptation to the target audience, adherence to linguistic norms, and issues of political correctness. Based on concrete translation examples from Kazakh and Russian, the analysis focuses on national-cultural features as well as the translator’s linguistic competence and lexical usage. In the context of modern intercultural communication, the sociolinguistic features of socio-political translation are identified using materials from the Kazakh and Russian languages. The main objects of the study are the President’s Address and legislative acts. The semantic, lexical, and stylistic characteristics of translated texts in Kazakh and Russian are analyzed, and conclusions are drawn on the basis of translation theory and general requirements for translators. During the research, particular attention is paid to sociolinguistic aspects, namely linguistic identity, national-mental specificities, communicative strategies, and the role of cultural values. The process of translating socio-political texts is described as an act of intercultural communication, in which the translator’s creative activity and heuristic decisions are examined. The findings contribute to improving translation practice in multilingual environments and provide a deeper understanding of the interaction between the Kazakh and Russian languages within intercultural communication.
