    Effect of Mulch on Soybean (Glycine Max L. Merr.) at Cultivation under Drip Irrigation in the South-east of Kazakhstan
    (Oriental Scientific Publishing Company, 2016-06-25) ; ;
    Zh.O. Ospanbayev
    Soybean (Glycine max L. Merr) crops were grown in 2013-2015 to determine effect of drip irrigation in the different variants water levels with using mulch on growth and productivity under conditions of the south-east of Kazakhstan.The use of mulch in agriculture has increased in last years throughout the world.This article presents the outcome of field experiments conducted in the Kazakhstan on the effects of drip irrigation (DI) practices on reproductive stages of soybean.Drip irrigation with or without mulch was adopted for the experimental plots.The most effective way to combat weeds in soybean crops proved to drip irrigation under mulch film, where the number of weeds in the early growing season did not exceed 36-44 units / m 2 .Despite the prevailing adverse weather conditions for the growth and development of soybean in the south-east of Kazakhstan, we have received a fairly high yield (42.2 tonnes / ha) on a variant using a mulching film.The results indicated that use mulch under drip irrigation significantly increase plant growth and production soybean.This increase is due to benefits such as increase in soil temperature, reduced weed pressure, moisture conservation, reduction of certain insect pests, higher crop yields, and more efficient use of soil nutrients.

    Sugar beet is one of the economically significant industrial crops for the south and southeast of Kazakhstan. In the conditions of Kazakhstan, the best predecessors of sugar beet are winter wheat and alfalfa, which contribute to the improvement of the susceptibility of beet rot. Early plowing by the semi-pair type in the second decade of August allows reducing the susceptibility of root crops to Fusarium rot by 18%. It is shown that 6 centner/ha of wheat straw on the artificial background contributed to decrease in the prevalence of Fusarium rot, on average 1.4 times, Rhizoctoniosis rot – 1.2 times compared with the control. Increasing the rate of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers contribute to the development of root rot (2-3 times) of sugar beet. To reduce the severity of rotten root crops (from 1.3 to 2.5 times), 6 t/ha of wheat straw are proposed to be applied to the soil together with N90P75K70. Seed treatment with tachigaren seed, rovral and fundazol reduces the development of rot by 8.1-16.6% and leads to an increase in yield of root crops by 31.5-50.2 c/ha.

    РОЛЬ ПРЕДШЕСТВЕННИКОВ В СНИЖЕНИИ ВРЕДОНОСНОСТИ ФУЗАРИОЗНОЙ ГНИЛИ
    Long-term studies of the zone of sugar beet cultivation in Kazakhstan show that the shorter the interval between beet crops in one place, the greater the risk of contamination with root rot. So on farms where beets were returned to the previous site in 1-2 years, the prevalence of rot was as high as 78.9%. The least manifestation of rot was observed in crop rotations, where the beet was returned to its former place no earlier than 8 years or more, that is, the field was virtually free of soil infection. Here, the affection of root crops was 9.8%, which in turn contributed to an increase in yield (334-425 q / ha).

    The researches for developing the methods for synthesizing new functionally substituted derivatives of alicyclic dialkylamidophosphates, establishing their structure, and searching for promising biologically active compounds in their series, are modern and relevant. The given study aimed to develop the synthesis of amidophosphates based on the example of phosphorylation of 1-ethynyl-1-aminocyclohexane with dialkyl phosphites in the presence of triethylamine in carbon tetrachloride in the Atherton-Todd reaction conditions using microwave irradiation of the reaction mixture. The reaction of 1-ethynyl-1-aminocyclohexane with dialkyl phosphites was carried out in a CCl4 excess at an equimolar ratio of reagents, triethylamine was used as an HCl acceptor. The highest yields of dialkyl- N-(1-ethynylcyclohexan-1-yl)amidophosphates were achieved by adding equimolar amounts of dialkyl phosphites to the mixture of 1-ethynyl-1-aminocyclohexane, triethylamine, and CCl4 followed by the subsequent activation of the mixture in a microwave reactor (MAS-II Plus MW) (MW 102 W, 115 °C, microwave irradiation time was 3‒5 min). The composition and structure of the obtained compounds were proved by elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). The biological tests carried out in laboratory and field conditions allowed identifying diethyl-N-(1-ethynylcyclohexan-1-yl) amidophosphate among the synthesized compounds, which produces a high growth-regulating effect on the growth, development, and yield of agricultural crops.
