The article examines the address as a type of speech act. A comparative analysis of nominative forms of address and forms of address to the addressee in Turkish and Arabic was carried out, which are used in the speech etiquette of Turkish and Arabic in the informal sphere. On the basis of the comparative analysis, we came to the conclusion that many norms of etiquette, which refer to the field of gender relations or to the family and domestic sphere, in Turkish and Arabic have differences. The appeals used in speech carry more information about the social status of communicants, their relations with each other. In Turkish and Arabic etiquette, the form of address is chosen depending on the communicant: very important is not only the social status, but also age, gender, education and place of your communication. As examples, we present addresses that play a crucial role in the act of communication, as a segment of speech that serves as a signal to start communication, a form of speech to attract the attention of interlocutors, or to accentuate attention.

THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONCEPT IN MODERN TURKIC LANGUAGES (on the materials of the Kazakh, Turkish and Uzbek languages)
One of the priority tasks of modern linguistics and the humanities is the study of language in the framework of the anthropocentric paradigm. The purpose of this article is to determine the degree of study of the concept, which is the main unit of cognitive linguistics and cultural linguistics in modern Turkic languages (Kazakh, Turkish, Uzbek). The article also touches upon such a complex phenomenon as the concept sphere, which has a national character. The importance of the need for in-depth conceptual research in the comparative aspect of the Turkic languages (Kazakh, Turkish, Uzbek) is determined. Nowadays, fundamental research is carried out in the study of the concept in Kazakh and Uzbek linguistics, but Turkish linguistics cannot yet be included into this list. However, the issue of the theoretical study of the concept in the Turkic languages (Kazakh, Turkish and Uzbek) in general, diachronic and synchronic analysis of the structure of the concept, identification of the concepts of the ancient Turkic worldview found in the written heritage and the problem of the need of their comprehensive analysis were considered. The importance of supplementing the linguistic reservoir of Turkic languages (Kazakh, Turkish, Uzbek) with comparative research was identified. During the research, the works of domestic and foreign scientists were analyzed, works on the study of the concept and the concept sphere in modern Turkic languages (Kazakh, Turkish, Uzbek) were selected and the obtained scientific information was synthesized. Research on this direction in the Kazakh, Turkish and Uzbek linguistics has been classified. The results of the study are used in comparative research in the field of cognitive linguistics in the Turkic languages, giving lectures on the discipline of «Cognitive linguistics» for students and applicants of the specialty of philology and Turkic studies.

SEMANTIC CHANGES IN RITUAL VOCABULARY IN THE CONTEXT OF "SACRIFICE": AN INTERCULTURAL ANALYSIS
This method employs the linguistic evolution of the terminology of the ritual of sacrifice. The primary focus is on how words and expressions that were initially associated with the ritual of sacrifice have undergone semantic changes and acquired secondary meanings in contemporary discourse. By analyzing historical, linguistic, and cultural contexts, the article explores the mechanisms of metaphorization, metonymic expansion, and the integration of ritual lexicon into everyday cultural language. The article examines the lexical consequences arising from ritual utterances and their semantic transformation under the term "scriptonyms." The study is based on the analysis of four languages: Kazakh, Karakalpak, Turkish, and Azerbaijani. These languages share common historical and cultural ties, making them ideal for studying how sacrificial terminology has been preserved, transformed, and reinterpreted over time. Thus, the research highlights the role of ritual speech in maintaining and transmitting norms, values, and collective linguistic-cultural experience to future generations. The study employs qualitative analysis, including methods of content analysis and linguistic ethnography. These approaches allow for a comprehensive examination of the origins of scriptonyms and how ritual-based expressions evolve into more generalized cultural symbols. This research also emphasizes the role of language in preserving ethnocultural identity, which is increasingly at risk due to globalization. By focusing on the complex interrelations between rituals and linguistic development, this study contributes to a broader understanding of language change and its role in cultural continuity. The analyzed scriptonyms and their linguistic-cultural concepts may serve as tools that facilitate intercultural communication and the interpretation of original word meanings within the Turkic-speaking world.
