This article describes how to acquire a foreign language, apply it in practice, and how to use learning strategies and CLIL method in the learning process. The use of learning strategies influences to students’ self- education, critical thinking, planning and CLIL method provides language learning and specific context with communication and culture. The article provides tasks for both teaching approaches and the results of these methods implementation in foreign and applied foreign languages. Therefore, having a good knowledge of the language, and in the specialty make student successful, open doors to the science world

This article examines the importance of integrated mathematics education in the formation of professional competencies of future teachers. The study focuses on updating the content of education, developing students' critical thinking, research and practical skills. The effectiveness of using STEM and CLIL technologies in the teaching process is shown, and the role of interdisciplinary connections and practice-oriented tasks in shaping the ability to use knowledge in real life is revealed. В статье рассматривается важность и эффективность формативного оценивания при обучении биологии на английском языке с использованием метода CLIL (интегрированное обучение предмету и иностранному языку). В ходе исследования анализируется роль различных видов формативного оценивания (таких как обратная связь по критериям, самооценка, оценивание в групповой работе) в повышении уровня знаний и языковых навыков учащихся. Раскрываются преимущества интеграции содержания и языка в рамках метода CLIL, а также предлагаются методы формативного оценивания, способствующие овладению английским языком на уроках биологии. По результатам исследования, непрерывная обратная связь и диагностическое оценивание позволяют своевременно выявлять слабые стороны учащихся и совершенствовать учебный процесс. Кроме того, данный подход повышает интерес к предмету и развивает критическое мышление. В статье приводятся эффективные примеры применения CLIL-технологии. Доказывается роль такой системы оценивания в повышении качества образования и обеспечении успеха учащихся. The article explores the importance and effectiveness of formative assessment in teaching biology in English using the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) method. The study analyzes the role of various types of formative assessment (such as criteria-based feedback, self- assessment, and group work evaluation) in enhancing students’ knowledge and language skills. The advantages of integrating content and language through the CLIL approach are revealed, and formative assessment strategies that support English language acquisition in biology lessons are proposed. According to the study findings, continuous feedback and diagnostic assessment help identify students’ weaknesses in a timely manner and improve the learning process. Moreover, this approach increases students’ interest in the subject and fosters critical thinking. The article presents effective examples of using CLIL technology, demonstrating the role of such an assessment system in improving education quality and ensuring student success.
