New paradigms in education are presented, the need to form the professional competence of a foreign language teacher, the replacement of substantive competence, focused on knowledge, by the content of education, i.e. result oriented. The basic principle is the training of foreign language teachers to improve learning outcomes through the external components of the educational system under consideration. At the same time, the problem of teaching foreign languages in educational institutions is considered to be the main task of today. At present, the results of education are not the knowledge and skills, but the levels of students' abilities to solve educational and life tasks (life skills and competences). In the study, the basis for the formation of the content of geographical education is considered from the position of the following principles and provisions: scientific nature; interdisciplinary nature; humanization of education; globality and regionality; ecological approach; problem solving; consistency and integrity. In the above-mentioned aspect, the mission of the Department of Geography and Tourism of the Kazakh State Women's Teacher Training University is to create a complex of scientific, pedagogical and organizational and methodological conditions that provide students with geographical education based on the unity of educational, scientific, educative and innovative processes taking into account international experience. The author describes the ways of the teacher professional development in the conditions of updated content of education. In his practice, the teacher through the use of innovative approaches in teaching creates the conditions for the formation of a competitive personality. The article includes examples of tasks for the development of functional literacy, the approaches used in the implementation of the updated educational program on the subject Mathematics, the approaches to evaluating the results of the achievements of students, criteria-based assessment system. The article also presents a meaningful difference in the updated educational program and the current one. Тип записи:Публикация, ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ РЕЧЬ – ВАЖНЕЙШЕЕ КАЧЕСТВО В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПОДГОТОВКЕ БУДУЩЕГО СПЕЦИАЛИСТАВ данной статье рассматривается одна из важнейших элементов профессионального мастерства будущего педагога – эмоциональная речь и ее основные составляющие, как выразительность, образность, художественность на основе различных точек зрения ученых-исследователей. Подчеркивается важность импровизации в эмоциональном воздействии на обучающихся, залогом успешности которой является глубокое знание предмета и опыт педагогической работы. Подготовленность будущего специалиста к эмоциональной речи перед аудиторией зависит от целостной организации и специфичной по содержанию учебно-педагогического процесса. Характеризуется также наличие таких показателей, как глубокий анализ выразительных особенностей поэтического текста музыкальных произведений, владение и эффективное применение художественно-образных средств в передаче словесного текста. Особую значимость приобретают умения будущего педагога увлечь слушателей, вызвать у них потребность интенсивного переживания. Особенно это присуще музыкально-исполнительской деятельности, которая обостряет такие качества личности, как эмоциональность, способность самовыражения, исполнительская воля. Основной формой эмоционального воздействия в школе между учителем и обучающимися выступает урок музыки, как единая совместная музыкально-творческая деятельность, разворачивающаяся в разнообразных формах общения с музыкой и другими искусствами, направленных на раскрытие общечеловеческих ценностей. Изучение музыкальных произведений на уроках, связанных с литературными источниками, требует познания не только языка искусства, но и речевого выражения. Эмоциональное слово выступает как культурный феномен, вызывая у учащихся такие психологические особенности, как абстрактное мышление, воображение, интуиция и др., акцентируя их внимание на событиях, явлениях, времени, осознании художественного языка искусства. Большое значение в создании доверительной атмосферы при осуществлении анализа имеет эмоциональная настроенность самого учителя, его способность каждый раз переживать, открывать новое и прекрасное в музыкальном сочинении.
