КойшыбаеваThe aim of the study is to assess the financing of digital economy projects, which is a priorityfor the Republic of Kazakhstan in modern conditions. State programs of informatization and digitalizationare carried out over the past years, since the development of information and digital technologieshas a significant impact on the competitiveness of the country. Digital space covers the countries of nearand far abroad, including neighboring countries that interact with Kazakhstan, as a result of which mutualeconomies are enriched. The CIS countries united in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) have not onlycommon borders, but also economic, scientific and technical interests, including on the ground, undergroundand in space. All of the above determines the relevance of the research topic, which considers thepossibilities and the need for funding pilot projects related to digitalization. The scientific significance ofthe study is based on the study of the theory and practice of project activities, especially in the field ofthe digital economy. The practical significance of the study is justified by the possibility of using researchmaterials in the expert evaluation of projects submitted for financing by international, state and corporatefunds. The research was carried out within the framework of accessible information of international, stateand public organizations, as well as scientific and practical publications of those leading in the periodicalpress and the Internet. The study was conducted using analytical, comparative and evaluation methods,based on statistical data, on which relevant conclusions were drawn and recommendations were made. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

In the transition period, the social roles of women and men, the place occupied by women in society, has undergone a transformation. Women are more likely to suffer from social and economic inequalities. Authors aimed to make a comparative study of the living standards of urban and rural women and social practices of their adaptation to the market conditions. Unfortunately, Kazakhstan’s government commitments concerning urban development, improvements in urban infrastructure and access to basic services have not referenced fully determination of gender issues. We strongly believe that the deficiencies in basic infrastructure affect both women and men, and the design of urban development projects should aim to identify those differential impacts more precisely. Attention should be paid to such factors as how access to basic services correlates with economic status, the roles played by women and men in finding alternatives when services are deficient, and how particularly women stand to benefit from improved infrastructure. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

МахароваKazakhstan is an area adjacent to other nations, where since ancient times, migration of ethnic groups, racial and linguistic processes have been observed. This should be directly related to the spiritual heritage of the Kazakh people, in which the history of development and formation of ethno-cultural education should be studied. Sources of ethnogenesis of the Kazakh people, its development of culture, peculiarities of the directions of development are very complex and multifaceted, and connected with the history of the countries of Asia, Europe, and Africa. Orkhon monuments are a heritage of the Turkic peoples, which provides a common ethno-cultural education. Тип записи:Публикация, ҚАЗІРГІ ҚАЗАҚСТАНДАҒЫ СУИЦИД СТАТИСТИКАСЫНЫҢ ДҰРЫСТЫҒЫН ТАЛДАУThis article examines some problematic aspects of the official statistics of the number of suicides in Kazakhstan, through an appeal to the analysis of the reliability of suicide statistics. By searching the relevant literature in all available databases, the selection criteria, statistical data on suicides are considered. The data from the available databases of official statistics of suicide attempts and facts are given. The problem of reliability of statistical data is posed, which can lead to premature conclusions about a decrease in data on suicide mortality (and vice versa), namely, incorrect classification of causes of death, and a significant increase in unintentional deaths from 2019 to 2021 against the background of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since there are few studies, and about half of them ended up underestimating suicide data, it is concluded that the reliability of suicide statistics is questionable and requires additional research. Тип записи:Публикация, ҚАЗАҚ БИІ БОЙЫНША МАМАНДАР ДАЯРЛАУ: ОҚЫТУ ТҦЖЫРЫМДАМАСЫ(Kazakh National Pedagogical University, 2023-09-21); Авторы рассматривают концептуальные основы современного образовательного процесса в контексте развития национального хореографического искусства и хореографической педагогики. Развитие социально–культурного вектора и обогащение национального искусства посредством возрождения традиций и духовных ценностей обозначили приоритетные направления в современном казахстанском обществе. Сегодня духовно-традиционная культура, образование и искусство являются ключевым инструментарием формирования сознания человека и молодого подрастающего поколения. Исследование основывается на рассмотрении педагогической составляющей подготовки кадров по казахскому танцу и национальной хореографии. Авторы рассматривают методические вопросы и технологии обучения, профессиональные компетенции педагогов по казахскому танцу, а также обобщают педагогический опыт по подготовке кадров в учебных заведениях Казахстана. На основе проведенного исследования, а также исполнительского и педагогического опыта установлены следственное значение и значимость подготовки кадров с показателями национального танца на профессиональной сцене, хореографических коллективах и регионах. В целях познания искусства в системе образовательного процесса и научного обоснования его методологии сегодня в профессиональной среде все чаще обсуждаются вопросы о необходимости обращения к педагоги– ческой теории и практике. Таким образом, различные по глубине суждения дополняют и углубляют представление о двух реальностях – педагогики и искусства, которые авторы видят в единении данных понятий как «педагогика хореографического искусства» и «хореографическая педагогика», что, в принципе является основной задачей развития научной мысли в области хореографического искусства. Ключевые слова: педагогика хореографии, хореографическое образование, национальный танец, казахский танец, педагогическое наследие. Авторлар қазіргі білім беру процесінің тұжырымдамалық негіздерін ұлттық хореографиялық ӛнер мен хореографиялық педагогиканың дамуы тұрғысынан қарастырады. Дәстүрлер мен рухани құндылықтарды жаңғырту арқылы әлеуметтік-мәдени векторды дамыту және ұлттық ӛнерді байыту қазіргі қазақстандық қоғамдағы басым бағыттарды белгіледі. Бүгінгі таңда дәстүрлі рухани мәдениет, білім және ӛнер адамы мен жас ұрпақтың санасын қалыптастырудың негізгі құралы болып табылады. The authors consider the conceptual foundations of the modern educational process in the context of the development of national choreographic art and choreographic pedagogy. The development of the socio– cultural vector and the enrichment of national art through the revival of traditions and spiritual values have identified priority areas in modern Kazakhstani society. Today, spiritual and traditional culture, education and art are the key tools for shaping the consciousness of a person and the younger generation. The study is based on the consideration of the pedagogical component of training in Kazakh dance and national choreography. The authors consider methodological issues and teaching technologies, professional competencies of Kazakh dance teachers, and also summarize the pedagogical experience in training personnel in educational institutions of Kazakhstan. On the basis of the study, as well as performing and pedagogical experience, the investigative significance and importance of training personnel with indicators of national dance on the professional stage, choreographic groups and regions have been established. In order to cognize art in the system of the educational process and scientifically substantiate its methodology, today in the professional environment, questions about the need to refer to pedagogical theory and practice are increasingly being discussed. Thus, judgments of different depths complement and deepen the idea of two realities – pedagogy and art, which the authors see in the unity of these concepts as "pedagogy of choreographic art" and "choreographic pedagogy", which, in principle, is the main task of developing scientific thought in the field of choreographic art.
