Тип записи:Публикация, Psychological and pedagogical support for the successful education and development of children with special educational needs(National Academy of Education named after Y. Altynsarin, 2024-12-31) ;Butabayeva Laura Askarovna ;Laura Ismailbekovna Shalabayeva; K. TebenovaThis article addresses the challenges associated with ensuring the successful education and development of school-aged children with special educational needs. In today’s educational landscape, it is critical to create inclusive environments that cater to the diverse needs of these children, regardless of their individual characteristics. Providing equitable and accessible education is the fundamental responsibility of the state, prioritizing the well-being and rights of all citizens. However, achieving this goal relies heavily on the specialized efforts of teachers. By leveraging their expertise, educators play a vital role in ensuring fair treatment and equal learning opportunities for students with varying abilities. To meet these objectives, the study utilized methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research. The primary method involved conducting surveys among teachers and parents, based on a structured questionnaire developed by the authors. The findings highlight the importance of engaging parents or legal guardians, alongside psychologists, in the educational process through active and collaborative interactions. This approach enhances the psychological and pedagogical competencies of teachers working with special educational needs, thereby improving the overall quality of inclusive education. Both positive and negative patterns in the participants’ interactions with a psychologist in educational relations were found by analyzing the survey results. The structure and substance of the psychologist’s work with schoolchildren who have special educational needs, as well as their interactions with teachers, parents, and legal agents, all reflect the peculiarities of their inclusive practice. To achieve this goal, methods of theoretical analysis and empirical data processing were used. The main method was a survey of teachers and parents using a questionnaire developed by the authors. The analysis made it possible to show the need to involve parents (legal representatives) and the teacher of a psychologist in the correctional and educational process by using active forms of interaction with them in order to increase their psychological and pedagogical competence. This, in turn, indicates the need to expand the forms of work with teachers and with parents (legal representatives) of children with special educational needs to teach successfully and develop them accessible methods and techniques for correcting the psyche of schoolchildren.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 1 - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, An educational mobile application for children with hearing impairment(2025-09-19); ; The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of an educational mobile application in improving algorithmic thinking and academic performance among children with hearing impairments. The research was conducted in two stages: (1) the development of the application using an inclusive design approach with game-based learning elements, and (2) an experimental implementation in the educational process. The participants were 15 sixth-grade students from a specialized school for children with hearing impairments, divided into an experimental group (n = 7) and a control group (n = 8). The experimental group used the mobile application as a supplementary tool for programming lessons, while the control group was taught using traditional methods. Pre-test and post-test assessments were conducted to evaluate changes in algorithmic thinking and academic outcomes. The results demonstrated that students in the experimental group showed significant improvement in algorithmic thinking and academic performance compared with those in the control group. The use of the mobile application increased student engagement and facilitated more effective learning. The study concludes that the developed mobile application is an effective educational tool for enhancing algorithmic thinking and improving academic outcomes among students with hearing impairments. This research highlights the potential of accessible digital technologies in supporting inclusive education. The findings can guide educators, developers, and policymakers in integrating inclusive digital resources into curricula to promote equal learning opportunities for students with special educational needs. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, Social and Pedagogical Conditions for Adaptation of Preschool Children with Special Educational Needs to an Inclusive Environment Through Games: Bibliometric Mapping of the Literature (1975-2025)(Journal of Social Studies Education Research, 2026-03-29) ;Kerimbayeva Rysty Kaldyhanovna; ;M.P. Ospanbayeva; A. TurlankyzyThe purpose of this study is to map the scientific landscape of research on the social and pedagogical conditions that support the adaptation of children with special educational needs to inclusive preschool environments through play based interventions. The analysis covers the period from 1975 to 2025 and is based on metadata from 4,461 journal articles indexed in the Web of Science database. The bibliometric analysis was conducted following the PRISMA framework. The study examined trends in publication growth, author productivity, and the social, intellectual, and conceptual structures of the research field. The main findings reveal that research on the adaptation of children with special educational needs in inclusive preschool environments has steadily increased over the past decades, with particularly strong growth between 2008 and 2012. Publications appear across a wide range of journals, mainly within the areas of educational research, special education, and rehabilitation. Scholars from many regions contribute to this field, with the United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States emerging as leading contributors. The analysis also indicates that the research community is relatively fragmented, consisting of several research groups with limited interaction among them. Overall, the field is interdisciplinary, integrating perspectives from education, medicine, and psychology. Over the past 50 years, major research themes have included nosological aspects of special education, academic achievement and educational outcomes, age related and institutional aspects of special education, early childhood and preschool education, collaboration and partnership in education, conceptual foundations of inclusive pedagogy, and teacher professional competence in inclusive education.
