    Development of readiness of future preschool teachers to innovative activity

    One of the important components of professional competence of teachers today is their involvement in innovation. In pedagogical science innovative activity is defined as purposeful pedagogical activity based on understanding of own pedagogical experience by means of comparison and studying, change and development of educational process for the purpose of achievement of higher results, receiving new knowledge, introduction of qualitatively other pedagogical practice. The relevance of our article is determined by the society's order for a creative teacher with a high level of readiness for innovative pedagogical activity, the need to develop a holistic system of improving readiness for innovative activity. The system-forming factor of readiness of the teacher for innovative activity is the need for transformation, improvement of pedagogical activity through innovative technologies of education.

    Psychological and pedagogical bases of research formation competence of preschool teachers in the context of lesson study

    The aim of this study is to evaluate preschool teachers' competencies in creating research on psychological and pedagogical foundations in the context of course work, with teacher views. The study group of the research consisted of 40 kindergarten teachers working in various schools in Almaty, Kazakhstan. In this study, the phenomenological approach, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form created by the researchers. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the self-efficacy and learning tendencies of preschool teachers are generally at a moderate level. In addition, preschool teachers, related to developing competences to research psychological and pedagogical foundations, expressed their opinions about participating in activities, following publications and participating in in-service trainings. In line with the results of the research, it has emerged that it is necessary to carry out studies to increase the self-efficacy and learning tendencies of preschool teachers.     Preparation of preschool education specialists for innovative activities in preschool organizations

    The purpose of this research; To get the opinions of preschool teachers in order to prepare preschool teachers for innovative activities in preschool organizations. In this study, in-depth interview technique, one of the qualitative research techniques, was used. The study group of the research consists of 33 volunteers working as pre-school teachers in various educational institutions in the city of Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Research data were collected through a form consisting of semi-structured interview questions prepared by the researchers. As a result of the research; It is seen that the majority of teachers define innovation as a compulsory need, renewal of oneself and an indicator of development. The majority of preschool teachers participating in the research describe themselves as moderately innovative. In parallel with this, teachers stated that they take part in innovative activities in preschool organizations. Teachers' suggestions for the development of innovative approaches are to be open to new ideas, to follow and try new methods and practices, to use technology in the educational environment, to gain creative thinking skills and to try new ways in problem solving. In addition, teachers stated that institutions and the ministry should aim to develop teachers' innovative attitudes through various practices. These results reveal that institutions, the ministry and the state have duties in order to develop teachers' innovative attitudes and to enable them to take a more active role in innovative activities in preschool organizations.     Improvement of soft skills in preschool teachers through gamification

    With the use of education in technology, many applications in the field of education are among these teaching methods and techniques in gamification. Gamification provides many skill acquisitions. In this study, it is aimed to examine the opinions of teachers about the social skills gains of gamification for the application of gamification in preschool education. The qualitative method was used in the research. The study was conducted using the case study design, one of the qualitative research methods. Interviews were conducted with 35 preschool teachers working in independent kindergartens. The data obtained, as a result of the research, were analysed in detail using the content analysis method. As a result of the research, it was concluded that gamification education is especially effective in the preschool period and is effective in gaining skills for children. In the same way, it is seen that there are some problems in the implementation of gamification training. These problems can be eliminated with in-service training.
