Тип записи:Публикация, Comparative Characteristic of two Cultivars of Winter Common Wheat (Triticum Aestivum L.) Cultivated in the Southeast of Kazakhstan using the Drip Irrigation Technology(2017-02-01); ; ; ;T. KolevThe purpose of our research was studying the indicators of grain quality, productivity and analysis of anatomical stem structure during the full maturity of two cultivars of winter common wheat.Novelty of work consists in carrying out such a research using a local standard cultivar Almaly and a new cultivar SWW 2/127 grown using the drip irrigation technology.Researches were carried out in field and laboratory conditions using methods of field experiment, drip irrigation, microscopic section and biometric analysis.Stem structure of the 3rd internode, epidermis thickness, length and width of large conducting bundles, xylem length and width, thickness of parenchyma cell and culm thickness were analyzed.SWW 2/127 cultivar demonstrated increase of the values of these traits.Other biometric indicators of SWW 2/127 cultivar such as thickness of mechanical tissue and bark, length and width of small conducting bundles demonstrated their decreasing in comparison with Almaly cultivar. Some increasing of the total quantity of small conducting bundles of the primary bark of Almaly cultivar was noted in comparison with SWW 2/127 cultivar; and vice versa decreasing of the total quantity of large conducting bundles of Almaly cultivar was observed in comparison with SWW 2/127 cultivar.Almaly cultivar had higher rates of mass of 1000 grains (51.7 g), grain nature (772 g L -1 ), glassiness (85%), protein quantity (15.6%) and gluten quantity (34.4%).Both cultivars formed grain nature, glassiness, starch and protein quantity, gluten quantity at the level of State standards for strong and valuable wheat; gluten quality corresponded to the 2nd group.Indicators of the ear structure of Almaly cultivar were higher than indicators of SWW 2/127 cultivar.Productivity of Almaly cultivar was 91.8 centners per a hectare, seed sowing norm was 2 million grains per a hectare; productivity of SWW 2/127 cultivar at the same norm of seed sowing was 77.4 centners per a hectare.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 3Цитирования (OpenCitations) 1 - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

Тип записи:Публикация, Effect of fertilizer application on winter wheat productivity under precision agriculture in Kazakhstan(MBI & UNS Solo, 2021-03-04) ;Alibek Baimuratov ;Sholpan O. Bastaubayeva ;Mehmet ArslanAbstract. Baimuratov, A, Bastaubayeva S, Arslan M, Yeraliyeva Z. 2021. Effect of fertilizer application on winter wheat productivity under precision agriculture in Kazakhstan. Biodiversitas 22: 1558-1563. The effect of mineral fertilization of light chestnut soils of Almalybak, Kazakhstan on the three winter wheat varieties grain yields and NDVI was carried out in 2017/18, 2018/2019 as well as 2019/2020 growing seasons using precision agriculture technologies. The experiments were set up in an incomplete factorial design with rates of NPK N90P60K45, N120P90K60, and N150P120K90. Agrochemical cartograms were ordered for the substance of effectively hydrolyzable nitrogen, extractable phosphorus, and exchangeable potassium. The total variation of NDVI was from 0.62 in the minimum (Bezostaya 100 variety, 2017/18) to 0.88 in the maximum (Aliya variety, 2019/20) in the flowering phase of wheat plants. The highest index of NDVI was observed in the N150P120K90 in the three winter wheat varieties for the three seasons. Studies directed in multivariate analyses built up the connection between fertilizer application, soil fruitfulness, and grain yield. As per the genuine heterogeneity of the fields, standards were determined and differential use of the fundamental phosphorus fertilizer was completed. The yield for the winter wheat varieties varied between 5.6-5.9 t/ha for Aliya variety, 6.5-7.0 t/ha for Grom, and 6.2- 6.7 t/ha for Bezostaya 100, which presents that P120 doses were more suitable in experimental plots for winter wheat varieties. The grain yield on mineral fertilization of NPK for the studied varieties varied from 4.2 to 7.6 t/ha for Aliya variety, from 4.0 to 6.8 t/ha for the Bezostaya 100, and from 4.5 to 7.9 t/ha for Grom. The highest grain yield was observed in the N150P120K90 for three winter wheat varieties in all three seasons.Цитирования (OpenAlex) 4Цитирования (OpenCitations) 4 - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия
Тип записи:Публикация, Role of Growth Stage and Environmental Conditions in Root Rot Development and Grain Yield of Spring Wheat in the Almaty Region, Southeast Kazakhstan(Hindawi Publishing Corporation, 2026-01-01) ;В. И. Цыганков ;Alma Kokhmetova ;Yerlan Dutbayev ;Kanat BakhytulyАйдана ХаріпжановаIn 2024, a study was conducted in the Almaty Region on 16 varieties of spring soft wheat to assess the impact of growth stages, cultivation conditions, and the severity of root rot infection on biometric parameters and crop yield. This study represents the first systematic evaluation of root rot dynamics across multiple growth stages and contrasting agronomic backgrounds in Kazakhstan. It was found that the maximum root rot prevalence (32.65%) and severity (8.78%) were observed during the tillering phase. By the harvesting phase, these indicators decreased, indicating the dynamic nature of pathogenesis. Cultivation conditions had a significant influence: Under natural conditions, disease prevalence was 26.79%, while on an infectious background, it increased to 31.60%. With fungicide application, prevalence decreased to 8.80%. Fungicide treatment proved effective in suppressing infection, though some varieties exhibited stress responses, leading to reduced productivity. The highest grain weight per plant (13.71 g) was recorded under natural conditions, while the lowest (8.31 g) was observed on the infectious background. Analysis of biometric parameters revealed significant differences between varieties in traits such as tillering capacity, stem length, spike length, and spikelet number. These findings provide a practical framework for improving integrated disease management strategies and for breeding wheat varieties adapted to regional agroecological conditions. These results highlight the importance of integrated disease management and genotype selection to sustain wheat productivity under biotic stress.
