    Objective: In the process of creativity, the child develops intellectually and emotionally, determines its attitude towards life and its place in life, acquires the experience of collective interaction, improves its skills in working with various tools and materials. Background: At present times, which most researchers refer to as the era of “creative information culture”, the potential for creative development of students is of interest to both scientists and teachers. This paper considers creativity as a child’s sense-creating ability, as a student’s ability to form a model of the surrounding microcosm in the consciousness, which most often develops based on reading and processing information. This feature determines the uniqueness of the value-semantic attitude of children with inclusion to the world in general and to information, in particular. Method: The study used materials from textbooks and manuals. Learning programs for children with developmental standards were studied. The level of students' creative thinking was tested. Methods for its development are derived. Results: Various sources of information make up such a picture of the child’s world in which a certain value-semantic core is gradually formed. On extensive material through comparative analysis it is proved that the creative component is characterised by the manifestation of fantasy and imagination in all the diverse informational aspects; the need for new information; dedication to the process of cognition; the desire to master the basics of creative search activity; manifestation of independence in the selection of means and methods of cognition; desire for co-creation with adults. In the process of creativity, the child develops intellectually and emotionally, determines his attitude to life and his place in it, acquires the experience of collective interaction, and improves his skills in working with various tools and materials. Conclusion: According to the author, it is an artistic and creative activity that actualises the inner potential of the child, reveals his creative abilities, allows us to define the artistic and creative self-realisation of a pre-schooler as an organised process of targeted pedagogical.

Defining the concept of "innovation", the significance of one of the innovative approaches to the correction of dysgraphy – the use of cerebellar stimulation-is described, that is, the models of performing exercises in the" balametrics " complex are shown. The article describes the methodology and results of the ascertaining and formative experience conducted on the basis of the analysis of errors that occur in the writing of primary school students studying in the Kazakh language.

    (SciencePark Science, Organization and Counseling LTD, 2022-01-31) ; ; ; ;
    Distant education studies carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic period are handled at different education levels and from different perspectives. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the problem of evaluation of primary school students in online education with the opinions of teachers. This research was carried out by using qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consisted of 25 classroom teachers working in various primary schools in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the 2021-2022 academic year. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool in the research. As a result of the research, teachers stated that face-to-face education is more advantageous than distance education in the evaluation of students. The teachers categorized the problems they encountered in the field of measurement and evaluation during the distance education process as technical problems, communication problems, method problems, and student problems. They suggested technical support, communication support, choosing the appropriate method, and motivating the students as the solution to the problems. EFFECTIVE METHODS OF LEGAL EDUCATION FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN
    In the context of building a legal state and a civil society, the development of legal literacy, legal awareness, and legal culture among the younger generation becomes critically important. Since the foundation of a legally competent personality is laid during school years, particular attention should be paid to the legal education of students. The main objective of this study is to justify the necessity of early legal education and to identify and test effective methods for its implementation in school settings. The research explores the theoretical foundations of legal education, drawing on the works of both domestic and international scholars in the fields of legal consciousness, legal socialization, and civic culture. Based on this analysis, a legal education plan was developed for 5th-grade students, consisting of a set of activities aimed at fostering legal awareness, civic responsibility, and respect for the rule of law. The plan was tested through practical implementation. Results were recorded and analyzed using comparative methods, presented in the form of tables and diagrams to visually assess the effectiveness of the selected approaches. The findings of this study may be applied in pedagogical practice to improve the quality of legal education in the general secondary education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and beyond.

    The accelerating digitalization of education has heightened the need for instructional approaches that are developmentally appropriate for young learners and capable of supporting both linguistic growth and creative speech production. This study investigates the pedagogical potential of integrating adapted English-language podcasts and media-based tasks into primary English instruction to foster originality, contextual coherence, expressive flexibility, and emotional richness in learners’ productive speech. The research employed a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design implemented in intact classroom groups and involved 233 third- and fourth-grade students (experimental group, n = 116; control group, n = 117). Over one academic semester (January–May 2025), the experimental group participated in a structured programme embedded within regular lessons that combined short podcast episodes with dialogic and narrative tasks, while the control group followed the standard curriculum without podcast integration or comparable multimedia enrichment. Data analysis combined quantitative comparison of pre- and post-intervention speech outcomes with qualitative evaluation of learners’ oral and written products, supplemented by student and teacher feedback. The results showed statistically significant improvements in the experimental group across key indicators of creative speech performance. Qualitative evidence further indicated a shift toward more independent, personally meaningful language use, with learners demonstrating greater willingness to experiment with narrative transformation, evaluative retelling, and expressive variation. Taken together, the findings suggest that adapted podcasts, when systematically integrated into routine classroom practice, can serve as an effective and feasible tool for strengthening creative speech development in primary English language education and for enriching contemporary media pedagogy in digitally evolving learning environments.
