    Field practices play important for the formation of professional competencies among students. Biological specialties’ students during the field practice by Applied Biology with the fundamentals of soil science at the experimental plots master the methods of determining the biomass of agricultural plants, study, and carry out phenological observations, apply optimal doses of fertilizers, used agrotechnical methods, take care of plants and carry out scientific research work. They study the principle of water-saving agrotechnology in the crop producing, the biological features of winter common wheat grown by the system of drip irrigation for industrial purposes. Field- training practice forms students' research skills, forms and broadens knowledge, develops the abilities of creative thinking and also increases cognitive activity.

    Currently, an important role is given to the formation of information competence on the basis of information activities with different sources of information: both traditional and electronic. Formation of information activity of the teacher is based on a wide range of information skills, so it is not enough to reduce them exclusively to the ability to use the computer as a technical means of training and the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process in biology. The key characteristics of information competence in a broad sense is the possession of universal methods of search (obtaining) information in the ever-expanding information field (the use of the Internet, electronic libraries, databases, etc.), selection, processing (analysis, synthesis, synthesis), storage and transmission of information. The process of formation of information activities, which began in school, continues and gradually becomes more complicated in the system of vocational education, does not stop after graduation, because the speed of development of the information society, the intensity of the introduction of new technologies in all activities requires a constant increase in the willingness of specialists to work in the information environment. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of readiness of students-biologists to perform various functional tasks of pedagogical activity and orientation in the information flow. For this purpose was the survey of students 2, 3 specialty courses 5В11300-Biology.

    The technique of carrying out microsatellite analysis designed for biology students is presented in this article. Combining scientific theory and practice and creating conditions for use the equipment and reactants in laboratory classes as well as methods of their use at implementation microsatellite analysis advantages to develop research competence of biology experts. Mastering methods of conducting experimental work by means of modern equipment at the molecular level, application, analysis, synthesizing, offering new products by performing researches for the purpose of national economy modernization, also factors of increasing functional literacy undoubtedly are thought to be necessary prerequisites for biology students development. Therefore, in order to implement the above mentioned factors is very important to master microsatellite analysis. Predetermination of new elements for generation new contents and their connection with creativity, education directed on creation new model (structure) based on personal experience is believed to be one of the main tasks today.
