    Бұл мақалада Қазақстандағы болашақ тіл мен әдебиет мұғалімдерінің лингводидактикалық құзіреттілігін қалыптастыруда ақпараттық-коммуникациялық технологияларды (АКТ) қолдану мәселесі зерттеледі. Ғаламдану және ақпараттық технологиялардың қарқынды дамуы жағдайында кәсіби қызметінде АКТ-ны пайдалануға дайын жаңа буын мұғалімдерін қалыптастыру қажеттілігі туындап отыр. Зерттеу мақсаты – болашақ тіл мен әдебиет мұғалімдерінің лингводидактикалық құзыреттерін дамытуда АКТ-ны қолдану мүмкіндіктерін зерттеу. Негізгі идеялар АКТ-ны оқу процесіне интеграциялау қажеттілігі және филологиялық пәндерді оқытудың дәстүрлі әдістерін қайта қарауды қамтиды. Зерттеудің ғылыми маңыздылығы тіл мен әдебиет мұғалімдерін даярлауда АКТ-ны қолданудың теориялық және әдістемелік негіздерін анықтауда жатыр. Практикалық маңыздылығы АКТ-ны білім беру процесінде тиімді пайдалану бойынша әдістемелік ұсыныстар әзірлеуде көрініс табады. Зерттеу әдістемесі ғалымдардың идеяларын талдау, салыстыру, жүйелеу сияқты теориялық әдістерді және бақылау, сауалнама жүргізу, мұғалімдер мен студенттердің АКТ қолдануын бағалау сияқты эмпирикалық әдістерді қамтиды. Зерттеу жүргізу барысында Батыс Қазақстан инновациялық-технологиялық университетінің филология факультетінің 85 студентіне сауалнама жүргізілді. Зерттеу нәтижелері АКТ қолдану болашақ тіл мен әдебиет мұғалімдерін даярлау сапасын арттыруға, олардың лингводидактикалық құзыреттерін дамытуға және кәсіби өсуге деген ынтасын жоғарылатуға ықпал ететінін көрсетті. АКТ оқу процесінде маңызды құрал болып табылатыны және материалды жақсы меңгеруге ықпал ететіні анықталды. Зерттеу филологиялық пәндерді оқыту әдістемесі саласына елеулі үлес қосады, АКТ-ны білім беру процесіне интеграциялау және болашақ мұғалімдерді даярлау тиімділігін арттыру бойынша нақты ұсыныстар ұсынады.

    Implementing CEFR into Kazakh language education: Teachers’ perspectives and classroom practices

    The study aims to evaluate the implementation of CEFR-aligned teaching materials in Kazakh language education, focusing on Kazakhstan's unique educational context. The research seeks to understand teachers' perspectives and assess the effectiveness of these materials, contributing to the ongoing language education reforms in the country. This study addresses the need for insights into how CEFR-aligned materials are integrated and their impact on teaching and learning outcomes. A mixed-methods research design was employed, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study surveyed 65 Kazakh language teachers from various public and private schools. Quantitative data were gathered to measure the effectiveness of CEFR implementation, while qualitative data offered more profound insights into teachers' experiences, highlighting challenges and successes encountered in the process. The findings show that while CEFR-aligned teaching materials have significantly improved Kazakh language education, areas that require further enhancement. Teachers reported positive outcomes and notable challenges in adapting the materials to Kazakhstan's multilingual and cultural context. The study concludes that while integrating CEFR-aligned materials has succeeded in many aspects, targeted improvements are necessary to fully realize their potential. The insights from this research provide valuable recommendations for future developments and offer a guide for other non-European countries looking to implement CEFR-aligned educational resources.

    Methodology for analyzing onomastic units in the works of contemporary Russian-speaking Kazakhstani writers for developing students’ linguistic competence: a case study approach

    The article is devoted to the development and testing of a methodology for analyzing onomastic units in the works of contemporary Russian-speaking Kazakhstani writers using a case-study approach.The study is based on the texts of I.Odegov, Y.Tursunov, R.Seisenbayev, and other authors whose works are rich in onomastic material, including anthroponyms, toponyms, ethnonyms, and institutional names that reflect the multilayered cultural and linguistic environment of Kazakhstan. The methodology is implemented through a series of cases, each of which includes the identification of onomastic units, an etymological and cultural commentary, and an analysis of their functions in the text (nominative, symbolic, cultural, and aesthetic). Practical work with students has shown that this format promotes the development of analytical thinking, the formation of intercultural competence, and the improvement of translation skills.The article discusses the advantages and limitations of the method: the high level of interactivity and depth of analysis are combined with the complexity of preparing cases and the need for a cultural and linguistic background. A comparison with traditional teaching methods shows that case studies provide greater engagement and critical thinking, but require additional resources and time. The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of onomastic analysis in the educational process.
