    ЖИРНОКИСЛОТНЫЙ СОСТАВ ЦВЕТКОВ ТОПИНАМБУРА
    (National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2026-09-29) ; ; ; ;
    Топинамбур (Helianthus tuberosus) является относительно экологически безопасным растением благодаря способности накапливать соли тяжелых металлов, нитраты и радиоактивные изотопы в меньших количествах по сравнению с другими растениями. Большую часть высокомолекулярных углеводов этого растения составляют пектиновые вещества. Пектиновые вещества способствуют регулированию процессов пищеварения и поддержанию нормального функционирования пищеварительного тракта. Биохимический состав топинамбура повышает его значение как технической культуры. Данная культура является важным источником питательных и физиологически активных веществ, включая витамины, макро- и микроэлементы, аминокислоты, полиненасыщенные жирные кислоты, углеводы, органические кислоты, биофлавоноиды, фитонциды и другие биологически активные соединения. Ценность топинамбура обусловлена также содержанием в его липидной фракции насыщенных и полиненасыщенных жирных кислот. Одним из актуальных направлений исследований в области фитохимии и фармакогнозии является изучение состава и содержания высших жирных кислот (ВЖК) в тканях топинамбура. Жирные кислоты, являясь основными структурными компонентами клеточных липидов, обеспечивают структурную целостность биологических мембран, участвуют в накоплении энергии, межклеточной передаче сигналов и регуляции обменных процессов. Кроме того, они обладают антиоксидантными и противовоспалительными свойствами, а также способствуют снижению риска развития сердечнососудистых заболеваний. В растительных тканях жирные кислоты содержатся преимущественно в составе триацилглицеридов, фосфолипидов и восков. Анализ жирнокислотного состава растения позволяет оценить его биологическую и пищевую ценность. В данной статье представлены результаты исследования жирных кислот в цветках топинамбура. В качестве объекта исследования использовали цветки топинамбура, собранные в горной местности Медеу города Алматы. Жирнокислотный состав цветков топинамбура анализировали методом газовой хроматографии. Содержание высших жирных кислот определяли с использованием газового хроматографа-масс-спектрометра «JMS-Q1600GS» фирмы «JEOL» (Япония). Согласно полученным хроматографическим данным, в цветках топинамбура обнаружено 12 жирных кислот.

    The paper deals with morphological and anatomical features of medicinal plant Agrimonia L. that grows in South Eastern Kazakhstan. Morphological and anatomical specifications of vegetative organs were analyzed, and microphotographs of the objects being studied were taken. The overall purpose of this experiment is to clone a portion of the lyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene (GAPDH). Because it is a vital metabolic enzyme involved in one of the most basic of biological processes- glycolysis in respiration the GAPDH protein is highly conserved between organisms, especially vital domains of the enzyme, such as the active site.

    Gulraikhan E. ZHANTEYEVA
    This article deals with the phytochemical, morphological and anatomical investigation of ethanol-based extracts derived from the leaves and stems of the Aegopodium alpestre. The vegetative organs of A. alpestre were conserved according to Strasburger-Fleµming method using a 1:1:1 mixture of alcohol-glycerin-water. A total of 1200 ethanol-based extracts (2 from leaves and 2 from stem tissues per plant) were prepared using the Soxhlet extractor. All extracts were used to identify organic and inorganic compounds in the leaves and stems of the studied plant. Contents of biologically active substances, microelements, vitamins and amino acids were determined. This article is the first paper to display very high concentration and diversity of vitamins (6 types), micronutrients (5 types), and aminoacids (13 types) in the leaves and steams of A. alpestre. Findings conclude that identification of biologically active substances in the above the ground vegetative organs of A. alpestre may be a common practice in the future. Considering the study results, A. alpestre may be used as a medicinal plant on a large scale. For this, the cultivation practice needs to be scaled up.

    Elaeagnus rhamnoides berries contain significant amounts of bioactive vitamins, lipids, carotenoids, and phenolic compounds. They are widely used as an ingredient in functional products, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical formulations to prevent and treat cardiovascular, stomach, skin, and liver diseases. Natural sea buckthorn populations are widespread in Kazakhstan. Data on phytochemical and diagnostic indicators are absent for E. rhamnoides growing in Kazakhstan. In this work, seaberry from Kazakhstan was surveyed for diagnostic indicators, lipophilic and hydrophilic compounds. Analyses were conducted for main diagnostic indicators of leaves and fruits by standard microtechniques; fatty acid profiles by gas-chromatography; β-carotene by HPLCPDA; vitamin C and B by capillary electrophoresis, and pectin substances by titration. The main diagnostic indicators of leaves were stomatal anomocytic complex; corymbose and stellate hairs; conductive bundle - closed collateral; fruits - secretory passages and conducting bundles of a spiral type in the pulp parenchyma, and a large amount of fatty oil and aleuron grains in the embryo. In the oil from berry pulp/peel, the dominating fatty acids were palmitoleic and palmitic (28.53 and 30.03 %, respectively). Sea buckthorn seed oil, with its high a-linolenic levels and a near 1:1 ratio of ω-6:ω-3 fatty acids, represented a very balanced source of polyunsaturated fatty acids for human health and nutrition. β-Carotene content was 7.75 mg per kg, pectin substances – 3.27 %. In addition, the berries were rich in vitamins B complex (0.0035-0.014 mg/100g) and vitamin C (0.21 mg/100g). This work constitutes the first approach on knowledge about the phytochemical profile of Elaeagnus rhamnoides fruits from Kazakhstan and provides arguments multiple using of E. rhamnoides, both for fresh consumption and for industrial preparations in the form of jams and related products (functional multivitamin food) as well as byproducts (seeds) as raw materials for the production of oils suitable to be marketed by the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.
