    Ferrite with mixed complex oxides BiNaFe2O5, BiKFe2O5 was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction. The structure of the ferrites, type of syngony, parameters of the unit cells, radiographic and pycnometric densities were determined by X-ray phase analysis for a first time: BiNaFe2O5 – а=5,577, с=13,86 Å, γ=120º, Vun.cell. = 373,9 Å3, Z=4, ρrad.= 7,5262 г/см3, ρpicn.=7,5271 г/см3, BiKFe2O5 –а=5,545, с=13,65 Å, γ=120º, Vun.cell.= 363,45Å3, Z=6, ρrad.= 8,0367, ρpicn.=8,0375 г/см3. A comparative analysis of the relationship between crystal lattice parameters with parameters of the crystal lattice of initial oxides and complex ferrites has been performed. Research dependence of the magnetic moment of the complex ferrite BiNaFe2O5 of the applied magnetic field at a constant temperature T = 6.1405 K showed a paramagnetic shift in the structure.

    Synthesis and X-ray analysis of complex ferrite YbBiNaFe2O6,5
    (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, 2017-06-30) ; ;
    The complex oxide phase of the composition YbBiNaFe2O6,5 was synthesized by the high-temperature solid-phase reaction. X-ray diffraction analysis was used to study the structure for the first time; the type of syngony, unit cell parameters, X-ray diffraction and pycnometric densities were determined. X-ray diffraction was carried out by homology method from the initial fluorite structure δBi2O3. The method of least squares refined the parameters of the crystal lattice. The parameters of the orthorhombic lattice of complex mixed ferrite at the value of the number of formula units Z=4 are: a=5.2319, в=5.2186, с=7.5702 Å. The correctness of the results of the X-ray diffraction of complex mixed ferrite was confirmed by the good agreement between the experimental and calculated values of the inverse squares of the interplanar distances (104/d2). Satisfactory consistency of the values of the X-ray and pycnometric densities, ρrad = 8.335, ρpik = 8.328 g/cm3, proves the correctness of the results of the experiment. A comparative analysis of the interrelation between the parameters of the crystal lattice and the parameters of the crystal lattices of the initial oxide δBi2O3. The analysis shows the values of the parameters “a” and “c” are in satisfactory agreement with the parameters of the crystal lattice δBi2O3, the parameter “c” is distorted from the value of the parameter “a” on √2.

    Annotation In this paper, we investigate the structural, electronic, and magnetic properties of Mn2Co1-x VxZ Heysler alloys (Z = Ga, Al, and x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1). It was found that as the vanadium concentration increases, the lattice parameters increase linearly. The Mn2CoGa and Mn2VGa compounds have a magnetization of 2.00 and 2.01 µB/f. u., respectively. Almost complete compensation of the magnetic moment was achieved for the Mn2Co1-x VxZ alloy (Z = Ga, Al) at x=0.5. This effect is explained by the ferrimagnetic ordering of the magnetic moments of Mn, V and Co ions. The substitution effect leads to a narrowing of the band gap for electronic states with spin down as 0≤ x≤ 0.5 increases. Further growth of x leads to a broadening of the band gap. When the magnetic moment is fully compensated in the studied systems (x=0.5), a region of reduced density of electronic states near the Fermi level is formed for electron states with spin down.

    Structural, electronic, and magnetic properties of Mn2Co1-xVxZ (Z = Ga, Al, x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1) Heusler alloys were theoretically investigated for the case of L21 (space group Fm3¯m), L21b (L21 structure with partial disordering between Co and Mn atoms) and XA (space group F4¯3m) structures. It was found that the XA structure is more stable at low V concentrations, while the L21 structure is energetically favorable at high V concentrations. A transition from L21 to XA ordering occurs near x = 0.5, which qualitatively agrees with the experimental results. Comparison of the energies of the L21b and XA structures leads to the fact that the phase transition between these structures occurs at x = 0.25, which is in excellent agreement with the experimental data. The lattice parameters linearly change as x grows. For the L21 structure, a slight decrease in the lattice constant a was observed, while for the XA structure, an increase in a was found. The experimentally observed nonlinear behavior of the lattice parameters with a change in the V content is most likely a manifestation of the presence of a mixture of phases. Almost complete compensation of the magnetic moment was achieved for the Mn2Co1-xVxZ alloy (Z = Ga, Al) at x = 0.5 for XA ordering. In the case of the L21 ordering, it is necessary to consider a partial disorder of atoms in the Mn and Co sublattices in order to achieve compensation of the magnetic moment.

    Multifaceted Characterization and Thermal Stability of Y0.5Sr0.5Cr0.5Mn0.5O3 Chromite-Manganite Synthesized via Sol-Gel
    We studied the thermal stability and many-sided properties of Y 0 .5 Sr 0 .5 Cr 0 .5 Mn 0 .5 O 3 chromite-manganite that was made using the sol-gel method.We focused on the syngony type, unit cell parameters, and x-ray analysis.To con􀅫irm the results of the chromite-manganite indexing, the inverse values of the squares of interplane distances (104/d2) and the consistency of the x-ray and pycnometric densities were found to be very close to each other.It was found that the synthesised chromite-manganite crystallises in orthorhombic syngony and has a perovskite-like structure.Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) shows that chromite-manganite is uniformly distributed, and the crystallites are sized between 6 and 20 microns.The analysis of the relationship between heat capacity and temperature using the Thermo Gravimetry Analysis (TGA) technique demonstrates the stability of the internal structure and the presence of polymorphic transformations in the sample under study.
