The author showed that D. Ashimkhanuly is one of the masters of the word, continuing the traditions in B. Maylina and the Russian writer I. A. Bunina. One of the most important qualities and characteristics of Kazakh literature is its democracy. The works of Didahmet Ashimkhanuly are deeply psychological. KEKILBAEV «ABYLAY KHAN»(2020-07-15)Kekilbaev's prose is distinguished by the severity of the conflict, the nature of the character's speech. The writer did not diminish these features in the play, if he did not enhance them. In the play, the psychological and dramatic aspect is enhanced according to the laws of dramatic art. The main problem in the play "Abylai Khan" is confusion in feelings, thoughts, actions of people, irresistible dynamics.The article examines the nature of the conflict in the dramatic works of the writer A. Kekilbaev. This article discusses issues that are key to Kazakh literature. The life of the heroes, their composure, features in decision making and their activities are disclosed. In addition, the peculiar similarity and difference of playwrights in creating images has been updated. DautovaThis article examines the author's conception on the historical personality. The material of the research is the novel «The Unexpected Guest – Jochi» by the modern Kazakh writer Nurlan Sanzhar. Moreover, the image of a historical character, given by the author from the perspective of a modern person, was also analyzed. It can be noted that the writer was able to show his era, the nature of that society through the image of a historical character. The plot of the novel is centered at the historical time and focuses on the images of people of that time. These images are caused by the very course of history, they are shown vividly and convincingly through the fate of Turkic women, their children, brought up in the traditions of the steppe life. And these people express the idea of their time and environment. Particular attention is paid to the author's skill in revealing the character of a historical person. For this purpose, the writer has studied history, social relations, the circumstances that influenced the formation of the character of the central image of Jochi. Through the individual fate of Jochi, his mother and grandmother the author shows a difficult period in the history of theKazakh steppe in times of tragedy.
