The first written samples of Kazakh children's literature were made by Y. Altynsarin. Then it was reflected in the works of contemporary writers such as S. Begalin, U. Turmanzhanov, B. Sokpakbaev, B. Tursynbayev, M.Torezhanov, K.Myrzaliyev, K. Bayanbay, T.Moldagaliev, etc. The works of these children's writers contribute to labor education and the formation of the worldview of the younger generation. Interesting stories and poems are closer to the child's consciousness, corresponding to their age characteristics. Representatives of the foremost intelligentsia, having comprehensively conducted a historical analysis taking into account the linguistic peculiarities of the Turkic peoples, introduced the Latin alphabet to the scene of spiritual culture. Representatives of the public education, conducting propaganda among the wide population, made a significant contribution to the introduction of the Latin script. In 1940, according to the the law on the shift of “Latinized” Kazakh script to a new alphabet based on Russian graphics, Russian graphics (Cyrillic) came into effect. The country is carrying out large-scale work on the implementation of the program article of N.A.Nazarbayev Course towards the future: modernization of Kazakhstan's identity, in which he proposed a number of specific projects. Among them – the development of substantive plans for the transition of the Kazakh language to the Latin alphabet by 2025. Semantic branching of evaluative linguisticunits is the main topic of this article. The author points out that the meaning of commendable linguisticunits in any language is best revealed in communicative communication. Depending on the scope oftheir application, it is necessary to highlight the stylistic specifics, the grammatical design of these unitsin relation to the individual characteristics of the personality, their orientation relative to the respondent,anthropo-relevance that forms the personality of a person. The article also examines the pragmatism ofthese units in terms of the implementation of the final strategy and other areas of research, which accordinglydetermines the relevance of the topic.Commendation linguistic units are an integral part of the entire category of linguistic assessmentunits. They have a socially oriented feature, acquire a social and communicative meaning. The socialnature of these units contributes and helps to define their pragmatics in accordance with the contextwithin the text. If the main meaning of these units arises from polite use, under other circumstances, themeanings of irony, ridicule, and humiliation can also be revealed.Depending on the semantic meaning, the following types of commendable linguistic units can bedistinguished: 1) positive or negative meaning; 2) depending on the grammatical meaning – transmittedthrough adjectives, numbers, adverbs, adverbs, verbs, conjunctions; 3) relatively pragmatic meaning –used in direct and figurative meaning; in terms of stylistic separation, they are used in all kinds of styles. Тип записи:Публикация, THE CONCEPTS OF AMANAT AND KIYANAT AS OPPOSITION(2021-07-16); ; Zeki KaymazThe article emphasizes the importance of conceptual study of terms that have linguistic meaning. In particular, one of the concepts reflecting the worldview of the Kazakh people was the concept of "amanat". For the cognitive disclosure of the concept of amanat, it is necessary to give a binary oppositional pair formed by the concept of "kiyanat" (abuse, violence), through which it is possible to determine the meaning of the concept of amanat for the people. To determine the application of the concept of amanat in the XIX-XX centuries, work was carried out with sources of that period, for example, the concept of amanat, found in the works of the traveler F. A. Fielstrup, the historian E. Bekmakhanov, describing that time, reflects the worldview of the people, as well as the analysis of proverbs and sayings that are firmly entrenched in the minds of the people, is widely reflected in this article. Kiyanat is widely discussed as a concept denoting violence, injustice, imperiousness and arbitrariness committed by a person when it is believed that the moral qualities of the offended person are destroyed. The concept of kiyanat forms a binary oppositional pair to the concept of amanat, hence we have grouped the types of abuse against a person, violence against oneself - an insult to the senses, lies, rude speech as an insult to the language.
