The publication was to identify the main indicators of growth and development of cell cultures of microalgae. In algocenosis seasonal succession, accompanied by the change of the dominant species, are not fully understood phenomenon. In additional study of interspecies interaction in the presence of damaging factors may contribute to clarify the direction of growth processes in algocenosis. The study determined the growth rates of cell cultures and dry and wet biomass on growth parameters and cell concentration. In this article, the essential oil of the Cichorium plant (flower, stalk, leaf) have been isolated. The object of the research was floral, leaf, leaf of the sprouting plant (Cichorium), grown in Medeo Mountain area in Almaty city of the years 2017-2018. The analysis was carried out on the mass spectrometric gas chromatograph Agilent 6890A / 5973N (USA). Chromatography state: moving phase - helium, evaporator temperature 2500 ° C, flow control (Split) 1000: 1, temperature of the column thermostat, start at 400 ° C (1 min), temperature rise up to 50 ° C at the end, 2000 ° C at the same temperature is kept for 1 minute, min Ionization mode of mass detector electron impact method: HP-5MS chromatographic column, stationary phase - dimethylpolysiloxane, length 30 m, inner diameter 0.25 mm, solid phase thickness of 0.25 μm. Chromatographic agents were identified by mass spectra, and mass spectra were interpreted according to the NIST08 database. Studying the composition of essential oils derived from Cichorium plant flowers research gas-chromatography-mass spectrometry 103, by investigating the composition of essential oils derived from Cichorium plant stems identificated gas-chromatography-mass spectrometry 123, by the method of chromatographic mass spectrometry, derived from Cichorium plant leaf 135 components have been. As a result, for the first time was ditermyred from flow of essential oil the spray plant was 0.98% in the flower, 0.64% in the class, and 0.58% in the leaf.

Nowadays is the study of the change of the ontogeny of plants that grows in different plant associations as well as in forest, steppe and meadow habitats is the the widespread. Determining the peculiarities of many European species of plant species has revealed the patterns of formation of the basic concepts and principles of populations of ontogenetics [1,2]. Recently, data on the age and stages of the vegetation population have been accumulated, but these are typical for plants that live in the flat region Because of the lack of information about the ontogeny of plants and the age structure of the population, the ontogenesis of the Northern Tien - Shan species is one of the topical theoretical goals of the botanic industry. It is well-known in the study of the individual phases of the ontogenesis that the forms of life-forms of plants are subject to change, which is the result of monopodial growth of the plant [3,4]. The Lily family Liliaceae Lindl , Phlomoides L. genus , Phlomoides oreophila - the plant is spread in the Asian continent. There are about 100 species of this kind. There are 49 species in the Soviet Union, most of them in Central Asia (37), including 30 endemic, the other in the European part of the USSR, in the Caucasus, in Western Siberia and in the Far East. In West Siberia, Altai, Central Asia: Dzungar - Tarbagatai, Pamir - Altay, Tien - Shan Mountains are commonly found in woodland - forest belts to subalpine belts. In Kazakhstan: Zaisan, Altai, Tarbagatai, Dzungarian Alatau and Ili, Keginii Alatau and Ketpen, and forest belts of Terskei Alatau, are widely spread to the slopes of meadow and meadow slopes [5,6].

In the article, the traditional grammar is distinguished from the notion of history, not just in the context of history, but also from point of view structured grammar. Actuality of the theme of the article – is the definition of the fundamental and the functional directions of fundamental accents. It has been revealed that these two directions are based on two separate points of origin and that grammar of a separate grammar is being studied in the direction «from the value to the tool index», and the functional grammar is being studied in the direction «from device to value». If traditional grammar analyzes structured suggestions, functional grammar can be used for the purpose of intelligent structures. In the article, we have differentiated between individual and functional grammar, which is considered in the linguistic aspect as one of the main components of each other’s development.
