This article is devoted to the study of self-organisational academic activity of future teachers of primary schools. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis and methodological support for the self-organisation of the educational activities of a future teacher of primary education based on the time management technology. The study describes theoretical and practical principles of self-organisation academic activity of bachelor students, examines the different approaches of scientists to the concept of ‘self-organisational academic activity’, given the characteristics of this phenomenon from the point of view of pedagogical science, including functions, components of this phenomenon; considered the pedagogical possibilities of technology ‘Time management’ in self-organisation of educational activity of future teachers. The ‘Time management’ technology is presented as the organisation of bachelor student’s life aimed for the most rational planning of the learning process and professional development. The theoretical studies are confirmed by experimental research related to the diagnostic and improvement skills of future elementary school teachers’ self-organisation. On the basis of theoretical, empirical research methods, as well as methods of statistical processing of research results, the results of a search study of students’ self-organisation are presented. The presented experimental results show the feasibility of using a variety of time-management technology tools in training sessions in the process of preparing specialists.

The article is devoted to the development of intellectual skills of future primary school teachers in Kazakhstan.The main purpose of this study was to determine the impact of special education on the intellectual level of students, including creative, reproductive and critical thinking skills.Students of the Department of pedagogy attended the study and methods of primary education of the Abai Kazakhstan National Pedagogical University.The principle of experimental research used in the study.The data collected through the survey analyzed using the method of quantitative analysis.Descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon evaluation criteria obtained.The results showed that special training for the development of students' intelligence has a positive effect on the experimental group.In the experimental groups, the level of heuristic, creative, reproductive and critical thinking skills increased after 8 weeks of special training, while the results in the control groups with traditional training showed that the dynamics of the above skills were weaker than in the experimental groups.

Modern primary school teachers must implement training, development, and education based on knowledge of the individual characteristics of the younger pupil, be able to manage the process of the schoolchild’s constant change and ensure his ascent to a higher level of development, carry out the scientific-pedagogical search, solving the problems of the child's personality formation on a scientific basis. The relevance of this research is determined by the fact that it considers the problem of mastering communication skills as an integral part of speech communication skills, which is a necessary condition for successful social adaptation of the trainee. This article discusses the issue of determining the theoretical knowledge level of future primary school teachers for the formation of communication skills of younger learners. For this research, a research experiment (2017-2018), a search experiment (2018-2019), education experiment (2019-2020) was designed. The survey of students was conducted to determine their own opinion about the formation of their knowledge, skills, and abilities. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 152 students. The developed method is more likely to create information about the formation of communication skills of primary school students than the traditional method of future teachers. The purpose of this research is to get the opinions of teacher candidates to train future primary schoolteachers to create a communication culture through educational technologies. This study was created with the qualitative research method. The study group of the research consists of 40 teacher candidates studying in the primary school teaching department at various universities in Kazakhstan. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, while the majority of primary schoolteacher candidates found themselves sufficient in using technology, they found themselves moderately competent in using educational technologies. In addition, the vast majority of teacher candidates consider themselves inadequate in providing education through educational technologies. The majority of primary schoolteacher candidates participating in the research stated that educational technologies have a positive effect on creating a communication culture. Primary schoolteacher candidates stated that programmes related to educational technologies and creating a communication culture should be developed in universities. It is necessary to implement the suggestions of pre-service teachers on improving the communication culture and to organise the education given at universities in this direction. Бұл жағдайда бастауыш мектеп оқушылардың өзіндік іс-әрекеті мен жеке жауапкершілігінің білімі, дағдылары мен тәжірибесінің тұтас жүйесін қамтамасыз етеді. Мақалада бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалауын қалыптастыру мәселесі қарастырылады. Бұл зерттеудің мақсаты бастауыш мектеп жасындағы балалар арасындағы өзін-өзі бағалау мен оқу үлгерімі арасындағы байланысты зерттеу болды. Зерттеу әдістемесі мен әдістері. Зерттеудің негізінде жүйелік, жеке, құндылық-әдістемелік және белсенділік тәсілдері жатыр. Мақалада бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалау түрлерін және ұмтылыс деңгейін зерттеу кіреді. Зерттеуге 107 оқушы қатысты. Анықтау кезеңінде бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалауының қалыптасу деңгейіне диагностика жүргізілді. Оқу кезеңінде когнитивті, бағалау және мінез-құлық компоненттерін жақсарту үшін бірқатар педагогикалық жағдайлар жүзеге асырылды. Авторлар нәтижесінде келесі ұғымдарды анықтайды: өзін-өзі бағалау, өзін-өзі бағалау түрлері, бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалауы, ұмтылыс деңгейі, бағалау критерийлері. Бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалауының қалыптасу деңгейін диагностикалау бағдарламасы ұсынылған. Бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалауының көрсеткіштері (когнитивті, бағалау, мінез-құлық) және қалыптасу деңгейлері (төмен, жоғары) анықталды. Мақалада бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалау деңгейін арттыру үшін педагогикалық жағдайларды жүзеге асыру бойынша эксперименттік жұмыстың нәтижелері келтірілген. Бұл жағдайларға: бастауыш сынып оқушыларын өзін-өзі тану процесіне қосу, рефлексивті қызметке біртіндеп тарту, олардың критериалды бағалауды қалыптастыруға қатысуы жатады. Алғаш рет бастауыш сынып оқушыларының өзін-өзі бағалауын арттыруға ықпал ететін педагогикалық жағдайлар ұсынылды.
