The article examines the role of socially responsible behavior of an individual in the digital space. The research has been implemented since 2021 as part of the scientific project “Social responsibility of students in the conditions of professional training in universities of Western Kazakhstan”, IRN AR09058126, funded by the Committee of Science of the MSHE of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Modern university students are the future leaders of the state, therefore, their way of thinking and behavior determines the framework of sustainable development of the country. That is why the mission of the modern domestic university is to form a system of values of students through socially responsible education. The authors confirm the need for ideas and tools for the implementation of corporate social responsibility and personal social responsibility of students through high-quality educational programs in a digital university. The scientific and methodological basis was made up of the works of foreign scientists S.L. Davis, L.M. Rives, S. Ruiz-de-Maya; J.C.R. Sousa, E.S. Siqueira, E. Binotto, L.H.N. Nobre, etc. In order to confirm the relevance of the problem, the results of the diagnostics of the activity component, the indicator of which is the social activity of the individual, were presented. It was revealed that purposeful work is needed to develop an integral system of selfgovernment for the majority of respondents, generally leading to an increase in the level of social responsibility of students.

В статье раскрыта проблема развития социальной ответственности обучающихся современного университета. На основе работ Б.П. Шубнякова, Е.М. Пенькова, А.С. Гаязова, М.В. Николаева, В.Н. Лукина, И.М. Дурановой, Т.П. Скребцовой и других социальная ответственность определена как интегральное качество личности, играющее важную роль в мотивационно-ценностной сфере человека и критериальном оценивании его жизнедеятельности в окружающем мире. Авторы поднимают вопрос о значимости и непрерывности процесса развития социальной ответственности обучающихся, как профессионального качества, предлагая возможные пути ее повышения на основе формирования патриотизма (конституционный долг, честь, совесть), духовно-нравственной культуры (традиции и ценности, мораль, этика общения и поведения), мировоззренческого развития личности будущего специалиста (сознание, принятие и следование законам, креативность, инициативность). Целью исследования является теоретическое обоснование и уточнение содержания понятий «ответственность», «социальная ответственность обучающихся». Объектом исследования выступает социальная ответственность как интегральное качество личности. Предметом исследования является процесс развития социальной ответственности обучающихся в условиях профессиональной подготовки. Были получены достоверные результаты в ходе анкетирования профессорско-преподавательского состава Западно-Казахстанского медицинского университета имени Марата Оспанова в течение трех месяцев (март–май 2021 г. Выборка составила 103 человека. Анкета включала 11 прямых вопросов с 5-ью вариантами ответов, предполагающих только один правильный ответ. Анализ полученных данных демонстрирует, что преподаватели понимают ценность и значимость понятия «социальная ответственность», некоторые из них выделяют даже критерии и показатели данного явления, однако недостаточно компетентны в выборе эффективных методов и форм психолого-педагогического сопровождения данного процесса в условиях профессиональной подготовки. Теоретическая новизна заключается в раскрытии научно-теоретических основ развития социальной ответственности обучающихся современного университета. Определены компоненты структуры социальной ответственности обучающихся (когнитивный, мотивационно-ценностный, деятельностный, рефлексивно-прогностический). Выделены функции социальной ответственности личности (информативно-познавательная, ценностно-ориентационная, нормативно-регулирующая, преобразующая). На основе работ С.Н. Васильева дополнены условия обучения, способствующие повышению социальной ответственности у обучающихся (единая благоприятная социокультурная среда, самоменеджмент, общекультурные компетенции, опора на межличностное доверительное отношение и эмпатию, использование активных методов обучения). Практическая значимость исследования представлена авторской анкетой «Представления о социальной ответственности».

The progress of education in our country is still constrained by the low status of teaching. The comprehension and growth of university students' stages of professional identity creation are not well researched. This issue is now recognized on both a theoretical and practical level. This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of providing practice-centered learning in the construction of students' professional identities. The study employed a mixed-data collection strategy. A random sample of respondents was used to generate quantitative data. The study involved 253 learners at "Baishev University," Aktobe, Kazakhstan. According to the study's findings, low levels of development have been found in students' professional identity, motivation and interest in professional self-development. This demonstrated the importance of resource support for educational innovations as well as the development and implementation of technology-based practice-centered learning for future teachers. As a result of evaluating the implementation of technology-based practice-centered learning and resource support for educational innovations, positive dynamics shaping learners' professional identities are identified. Thus, the study's findings confirmed our hypothesis that using practice-centered learning to foster students' professional identities has a positive impact when systemic and technological approaches are used.

This study delves into the world of primary school students in Western Kazakhstan, exploring their happiness and well-being within the framework of the IRN AP19678139 project. Through the eyes of these young learners, the research investigates the factors that contribute to their overall sense of well-being, including friendships, access to education, family support, safety, and technology. Utilizing a mix of playful activities, interviews, and surveys tailored to their age group, insights are gathered from 285 enthusiastic participants. The findings illuminate the diverse experiences and emotions of primary school students, revealing nuances in their well-being levels and highlighting areas for improvement. By listening to the voices of these young individuals, this study aims to inform policies and initiatives that promote happiness and create a nurturing environment for their growth and development in Western Kazakhstan's educational landscape.

This research examines the well-being indicators of students in Western Kazakhstan, focusing on four major cities: Aktobe, Aktau, Atyrau, and Uralsk. The research employed a quantitative methodology with a cross-sectional design, involving 1,377 students aged 16-21 from leading universities in these cities. The study utilized a questionnaire based on The Global Youth Wellbeing Index and youth development index calculation methodology developed by Kazakhstan's Ministry of Information and Social Development. The assessment covered six key domains: citizenship, economic opportunities, education, health, information and communication technologies (ICT), and security. The findings revealed an overall well-being index of 0.787 out of 1.00 across Western Kazakhstan as of August 2024, with variations among cities: Atyrau (0.809), Aktobe (0.784), Uralsk (0.780), and Aktau (0.778). The research demonstrated very high levels of well-being in education (0.84), ICT (0.83), and health (0.82) domains across all cities. Notable regional differences emerged, with Atyrau showing the highest scores in civic participation (0.79) and economic opportunities (0.83), while Aktobe led in ICT usage (0.86). The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and educational institutions to enhance student well-being and development in Western Kazakhstan.

Introduction . Online communication and digital etiquette have become essential components of higher education, requiring a thorough understanding of their evolution and current status. Aim. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the development of scientific thought in network communication and digital etiquette within higher education, offering insights into the current state and future prospects of this field. Methodology and research methods . The study employs a bibliometric analysis of metadata from 9,039 articles indexed in the Web of Science from 1975 to 2024. Quantitative bibliometric methods are utilised to describe and visualise the evolution of the field over 49 years, examining publication growth dynamics, author productivity, and the social, intellectual, and conceptual structures. Results . The research findings indicate a consistent increase in publication activity, particularly notable since 2019, with contributions across various disciplines, including education, computer science, communication studies, sociology, psychology, and management. The research community exhibits a global character, with the USA, China, and the UK at the forefront of authorship. The study identifies twelve key research themes that dominate scientific discourse, ranging from contemporary educational approaches in the digital age to the co-creation of value in the digital environment. Scientific novelty . This comprehensive analysis provides a unique perspective on the evolution and current state of research in network communication culture and digital etiquette within higher education. By identifying key themes and trends, the study deepens our understanding of the development of this field and its interdisciplinary nature. Practical significance . The research provides valuable insights for educators, researchers, and policymakers in higher education regarding strategies for enhancing online communication practices and digital etiquette.
